This morning I stopped by Panera to pick up my coffee, and I noticed something very concerning. One of the employees was handling cheese and sandwiches without gloves, touching the food directly with her long nails. When I asked why she wasn’t wearing gloves, she said something like “I washed my hands,” which doesn’t seem right — food should always be handled with proper hygiene.
It’s really unpleasant to see this, especially when customers are eating right there. This kind of situation looks completely unsanitary!

I eat here almost everyday for lunch and get the cranberry Walnut chicken salad sandwich and it is amazing. ** Update** I had to drop the Stars because I literally buy a sandwich here every single day and have it delivered and everyday it's different either. There's not as much chicken salad on the sandwich or most often like today. Again, there's no pickle with my sandwich it's normally rolled up in the wrapper and they are constantly always forgetting to put the pickle in. It sucks because I love their pickles and I buy their sandwiches because I'm hoping that I can count on consistency and having a consistently good lunch and it's just really went downhill
