Slow. So incredibly slow.
Very fair price for the food ordered,bAnd healthy.
Thought I would give Panera Bread a try, pictures in menu looked good. I ordered the Asiago Sausage & Egg Sandwich. The bread was dry with no flavor and twice as big as the contents, ( all bread not much else) A very thin slice of sausage with no flavor, Powder egg I am sure not even 1/8 in thick, a small amount of cheese and no sauce 1st and last time for me.
The chicken salad sandwich is delicious.
If you have all the time in the world by all means visit this establishment! I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve waited between 25-35 minutes for soup and a sandwich! ABSOLUTELY ludicrous! NO Excuse for it
Kind of bland food, not much taste in the chicken salad sandwich that was suggested to me by the cashier. Absolutely overpriced for what you get.
Not bad... The breads taste fresh and well made!
No one helped me. They didn't even have soap.
I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread thanks to Rita! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect from start to finish. Her warm smile and upbeat attitude really stood out and made my visit feel extra welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
First time at Panera because I was told it was a good place to eat. Got our food. The tuna sandwich was very small, not even as big as the palm of my hand. I was given a flyer saying first-time buyers get a free bagel or sweet treat, so I went to register & asked for it. I was told I had to sign up as a rewards member. I had already signed up, and she said she can't honor it. Asked for a manager, the manager on duty was very young. I asked for my free pastry, and he said it was for 1st time buyers, I told him I just purchased food for the first time and showed him the receipt. he said it had to be rang up with the food I had gotten, that it was written in the fine print, which was way too small for anyone to read. Told him the cashier gave me the flyer after the purchase, and he wouldn't honor it. I know it's just a sweet treat, but I think that flyer needs to be given ahead of time before purchase. They could have budged. Our company buys a lot from panera for lunches, 1 cookies wouldn't have hurt. I feel that's false advertising and will not return. Not only that, but it's way overpriced for what you get. I should have gone to McAllister's Deli instead. Lesson learned, I guess.

This restaurant will accept more orders than it can handle making both driver and customer suffer
Ordered here a couple months ago now, ordered a bread bowl with chili. However when I went to pick up my order, first it was delayed past the time it said it would be ready. Secondly they were out of bread bowls completely so instead of letting the customer know they just shoved 6 baguette chunks in my bag. Third, the restaurant was a complete disaster and smelled horrible. I brought this to the attention of the restaurant by way of reviewing my experience via their review process. The assistant manager Hailey reached out afterwards and offered to make it right via mailing me vouchers. Which I said was fine and after giving her the info needed I still have not received anything. My order was on March 13th, last communication with Hailey was April 1st, I reached out again April 20th. I still have not received anything and it's almost been 2 months. Can someone please reach out to resolve this and give me what I was promised. I have all of the emails to show whomever. This is the worst handling of a situation I've seen.
They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Today I wanted some chicken noodle soup and even though it’s only noon they ran out of noodles. They are sold out of whatever I want to order over 50% of the time. Great customer service but management needs to be fired. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional get better management
