The staff here are always PHENOMENAL. From Madison, to Aunt Betty, to Alaya, to the new GM, they all take customer service seriously. Highly recommend!

The experience almost ruined my afternoon, but I didn't let it ? the young lady at the register needs practice. She was rude, talking over me. Cut me off every time I tried to speak. She didn't know the menu well. Didn't ask any questions so she just charged me for whatever. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The ladies preparing the food where a bit better. The seemed overwhelmed. My sandwich was pretty good.

Food is pretty good, haven’t had any complaints from the many times I’ve gone. Service is hit or miss as they can be slow sometimes but also fast at the same time. Typically dine-in orders go out faster meanwhile online orders tend to take a lot longer. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online but rather eating in store. The atmosphere is good but a couple of times there’s been guests that weren’t so mannerly.

Panera customer at least 4 x a week and this location has major issues but I overlook it . Today was the last straw as the staff was rude to the point of not coming in here again. I typed in wrong drink on computer and was then lectured rudely by Blaise about doing it right next time multiple times. Management took care of issue and was professional but this it

Usually get pretty good food here but the girl at the pickup counter was very rude to me earlier today. I asked for help getting a cup and was told “next time dont mess up when you’re ordering online” in a condescending way. Maybe she was having a bad day but I hope she doesn’t treat other customers the same way.

takes forever , was picking up an uber and the older lady with glasses was aggressive and pushed the bag into another drink and almost knocked it off the counter and i caught it. her response was just “whoops” sarcastically when i told her. yall hire these people but when i applied AFTER a manager told me they’re hiring (out of the blue i didn’t ask) you deny me. get better policies and procedures , dodged a bullet here!

Our pick up order was apparently picked up by someone else, but it was replaced cheerfully and promptly. Nice folks there - we'll be back!Parking: It's a small, tight parking lot shared by several popular businesses. Parking is challenging, especially for those who need disability parking spots. We were there mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the lit was quite full. We got one of the two vacant slots.

Floors were extremely dirty. I was very disappointed that they shut down the Passion Fruit Green Tea dispenser before 6 o'clock PM on Sunday without any notice.

We got 2 drinks totaling over $9. It's so automated that there's no sense of human contact or welcoming.

At Panera Bread in Peoria, our visit presented some notable details. The persistent wind made the door a challenge, yet the establishment maintained cleanliness amid the bustling atmosphere. Opting for the kiosk, I got a timely text when my order was ready, but the back pickup location proved inconvenient. The crux of our experience lay in the food quality and the manager's response. Our bread bowl soups were disconcertingly cold, in contrast to my one-year-old's piping hot mac & cheese. Approaching the manager, a lady with green pants and a name starting with the letter M, she casually suggested reheating at a microwave station. While reheating might be reasonable for meals left untouched, the issue here was that the food came out cold initially. It's understandable to suggest reheating if a customer lingers at a table, but when the problem is cold food upon serving, it raises concerns about the kitchen's standards. The manager's response, coupled with her casual attire, contributed to an overall impression of lackluster customer service. The interaction left us feeling that the establishment could benefit from a reevaluation of its food quality procedures and a more customer-centric approach in handling such situations. The clean environment, while appreciated, couldn't fully compensate for the subpar experience. However, we would be willing to give this place one more chance and hope the second time is a better experience.

Don't buy the chocolate dipped strawberries because they are never ripe. See the photo of how unripe they are. Sour, not sweet.
