The staff is so kind and efficient

My wife and I stopped in here the other night for a quick bite to eat. The food was delicious as always and the guy working the counter was very friendly and super patient as we/he were struggling to get our gift card to work. He finally figured it out and the food came out in a proper amount of time and was really good.

Love this location. 5 star for team mem er Aurora . She is great. Should be employee of the year. Best worker I have ever seen. We have breakfast there 4 days a weekp. She is awesome. She keeps dining room so clean and ice tea filled and always takes our order correctly.

Panera has always been our place to go for a nice cup of coffee & many good choices to pick from ..for breakfast lunch & even dinner.

Over 18 dollars for half of a breakfast sandwich and two small drinks (coffee for my wife) is absolutely ridiculous. Spent the money and still felt hungry when I left. Sorry but won’t be going back

Ordered a sandwich which was misrepresented on the menu..I returned it and the staff including the the manager were very rude... will never go there again

I only post reviews when they exceed my expectations. From the warm, friendly welcome to the staff being knowledgeable about the menu and cleanliness of the restaurant, Tommy, the senior manager, is a true asset for this great company. Oh, and the food is always fresh.

This is the only Panera my wife and I will get the Greek salad! They are always PERFECT! We literally drive from West surprise, passing other Panera restaurants, to go to Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway. This manager and staff should train other Panera restaurants on how to make a proper Greek salads! Thank you Lake Pleasant Parkway Panera!!

The new Croissant toast sandwich was good enough. The frommage was cheesy with caramelized onions and the bread was unique.

Please clean your tables!

I ordered the whole size Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt which cost $13 after tax and rounding up, with multiple modifications. All sauces on the side.

The online app is easy to order on. With great updates to tell you when your order is ready with an easy drive thru pick up. The employee was very pleasant. My order was on time and correct.

The balsamic vinegarette was my favorite. Would definitely get this again.
The salsa Verde spread was spicier than expected but not in a bad way. But I also don't need it again.
The chipotle aioli was smokey. I'd be ok with it again.
I swapped out the white cheddar for mozzarella, at no additional charge.
I added tomatoes, caramelized onions, and pepperonchini.
The black pepper bread was fresh and crispy.
There was nice size slices of avocado.
The caramelized onions gave a nice sweetness.

The only issue was the person in the in front of me ordered something that took 14 minutes. So my order was ready and sitting for 14 minutes before I received it. So it was not warm. But I was taking it home and can heat it up. So no one's fault really. Maybe they could have the pull out of the drive thru lane option if orders are going to take that long and other orders are ready.

Either way, I am very happy with my sandwich and would order it again, maybe without the onions. And balsamic only.

Customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. Multiple times, food is wrong with no apologies. Panera won't care, their motto is well get other customers.

This is got to be one of the worst run stores I've ever been to The management's horrible The teenage employees don't care they end up with an attitude as well I don't know what's going on with this place but avoid it all costs.

I'm not 100% sure what happened to this place, maybe new management? But, the drive-through is horrible now. It's hit and miss when you get some new young employee who has an attitude or just a dry personality. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Also, bring back the chicken teriyaki bowl!

Kaylynn was such a warm friendly young lady who helped me with my selections. GREAT customer service.
