After I spoke with Alex, and I mentioned that I want my pizza light sauce. It comes with extra sauce I called the store to complain. One very root answered me and says, I'm the one who mate this pizza, and this is a light sauce and he hang up the phone on me. What it's rude customer service 0 out of 10

Food was good but website was an issue. Asked to speak to the Mgr and when I asked for his name. He told me he did not have to give me his name. Unprofessional and he later identified himself as Austin, a General Mgr. What does that even mean? Very rude! !!! Will look for another Papa John's location. .

Manager Maria on the 11th of February said if you order any pizza with toppings, you have to request toppings or you'll get a cheese pizza. We ordered a NY pepperion pizza, came with cheese only! Called to talk to the manager maria she argued with me saying all pizzas come with cheese only no matter what it says and is pictured on the menu's?? Really poor management!! Terrible service. Not the store, Answering service! Can't understand what is being repeated over and over because of poor answering service. Go back to the original way. Going to loose long time customers. Maria is bad for the company!

If I could I would give a negative 5 star rating. I ordered delivery, paying the delivery fee and tip. Defeating the purpose of delivery, I had to drive to the location because no answered when I called the location. My pizza was dry like Desert, it didn’t have any sauce on it. I was nice with my complaint and the guy there said he’s the one who made the pizza. He said he did put sauce on it, that it’s a light sauce because I order Alfredo sauce. I showed him the pizza. He seemed to have an attitude, didn’t apologize or even offer to make a new pizza. He just said ok I’ll just refund back your money. I didn’t receive proof of a receipt, when I asked he just responded it will go back on your card & walked off. Horrible customer service and pizza. Never again I’ll order from Papa John’s. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I ordered 3 pizzas yesterday the jack-o’-lantern, a two pizzas for 7.77 they charged me 32.35. They didn’t give me one of the pizzas, so I called and spoke with Josh and he was rude and hung up on me.

And look how the pizza arrived just because it's free pizza, while I paid for it a day before. Anyway that is the last time I'm purchasing from Papa John's Pizza.

Had a 12 inch pizza delivered, it was terrible, crust was burnt, the extra sauce I paid for was expired, paid extra for cheese, i couldn't even tell if there was cheese on the pizza. I will NEVER get pizza from your restaurants again.
