My visit was on 1/23/26 around 3:30pm. I ordered food for myself and kids to eat before my daughter's flag football game. We were in a rush and needing to eat in the car. I was helped by Dan. He was very kind and welcoming. I asked for paper plates which he gladly provided along with napkins, cheese and peppers. I have visited the store many times and have always had great service but Dan went above and beyond with how helpful and kind he was. Thank you!

I will never order from them again. They always screw up orders, the management is horrible. We ordered a delivery tonight and never got a notification of where it was or when it would be delivered. After an hour I checked the site to track it and it said my pizza was delivered 15 minutes ago, I went out front and the delivery guy just left is out front, didn’t knock on the door, didn’t let us know he left it out front. I called the store and the manager said well I don’t know what to tell you, and then said you can call DoorDash and complain to them.

I had a small mishap with my sauces not with my food. Called the store and the Manager was great, the driver had them in my hands in less than 10 and everyone was kind, quick to resolve, and pleasant while getting it corrected. All on a Friday night. You can’t get better than that.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Uber Eats driver arrived and they couldn't find my order. They had to remake it. Finally showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes later. And it was completely wrong. They gave me a refund. But wasn't able to eat the food. Every time I order from this location something is wrong. This will be the last time. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Honestly it needs to be shut down so a real pizza place can come in.

Should have read the reviews first. I’ve cold pizza when it finally got here. Didn’t realize DoorDash was going to deliver. One of the pizza. They must have ran out of cheese barely had any on it.

I’m not sure how high you have to be, but I ordered a pizza from here and they completely forgot the cheese. It was dough, sauce, and toppings. Absolutely, no cheese. It’s almost comical except for the fact these kids are just blazing at work and not even trying. It exposes the lack of management to be honest. The management is most likely complicit.

Saturday, August 30th at 11:30am, I walked in to pick up my online order and the lady making the pizzas was vaping. I called her out on it and she admitted, and apologized. I threw my pizzas and wings away, disgusted. Lost out on $80 tip included. NEVER going back there again!!

This truly is the worst pizza location EVER. Not the worst papa John's, the worst pizza restaurant out of all the restaurants ever 🤣 the level of incompetence is unparalleled. When we called about our issues, the manager offered credit for next time. We really were not going to use it, but it was free and we succumbed to free pizza. STILL CRAP!! LOL I warn you now, ANY 5 star review commenting on excellent service or food is a LIE!! They're just trying to get ratings back up by having friends/family leave good reviews because they are TERRIBLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

This is how my pizza just showed up. Not even sure what is going on here. Half the cheese is missing on a CHEESE pizza and it’s cut all kind of ways. This location sucks and we will not order from them ever again. Not sure how they are still in business. This is not the first time we have gotten a screwed up order but this is definitely the worst one. Let’s not get started on the breadsticks 😒

We just got 5 pizzas and a papadia for our Kids Christmas party they had at our house! We love papa John’s pizza it’s our favorite go to but lately it hasn’t been the best we seem to keep having some sort of issue every time we come into this location. We have never tried the papadia before we when we got home we opened the box and it was burnt, hard and it looked like it had been tossed in the box.

After ordering from this location today because I was in the area I learned why the rating is only three stars. I placed an order for pickup and didn't arrive to pick it up until 30 minutes after it was finished. They made no attempt to keep the pizza warm. They didn't put it on a warming shelf. They did nothing besides hand me a cold pizza. Definitely don't order from this location. Don't do it. Just save yourself the headache.
