This truly is the worst pizza location EVER. Not the worst papa John's, the worst pizza restaurant out of all the restaurants ever 🤣 the level of incompetence is unparalleled. When we called about our issues, the manager offered credit for next time. We really were not going to use it, but it was free and we succumbed to free pizza. STILL CRAP!! LOL I warn you now, ANY 5 star review commenting on excellent service or food is a LIE!! They're just trying to get ratings back up by having friends/family leave good reviews because they are TERRIBLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

This is how my pizza just showed up. Not even sure what is going on here. Half the cheese is missing on a CHEESE pizza and it’s cut all kind of ways. This location sucks and we will not order from them ever again. Not sure how they are still in business. This is not the first time we have gotten a screwed up order but this is definitely the worst one. Let’s not get started on the breadsticks 😒

We just got 5 pizzas and a papadia for our Kids Christmas party they had at our house! We love papa John’s pizza it’s our favorite go to but lately it hasn’t been the best we seem to keep having some sort of issue every time we come into this location. We have never tried the papadia before we when we got home we opened the box and it was burnt, hard and it looked like it had been tossed in the box.

After ordering from this location today because I was in the area I learned why the rating is only three stars. I placed an order for pickup and didn't arrive to pick it up until 30 minutes after it was finished. They made no attempt to keep the pizza warm. They didn't put it on a warming shelf. They did nothing besides hand me a cold pizza. Definitely don't order from this location. Don't do it. Just save yourself the headache.

I ordered the Papa John’s New York style pizza for $10.99. I went in and ordered, and picked it up. The box had a message stating that delivery fees were not tips for your driver. The message went on to exclaim “please tip your driver generously for excellent service”. The pizza WAS NOT New York style. The crust was twice as thick as a NY STYLE PIZZA and the pizza lacked flavor. Little sauce, little cheese. In conclusion, anyone who had an NYT style slice will be disappointed. Hey Papa, do it right or don’t do it all.

Outstanding Experience at Papa John’s tonight!
I’ve been a pretty consistent customer of my local Papa John’s for many years, and I must say, my recent visit was exceptional! I can’t think of a time where everything was made to perfect, except for tonight! Caleb and Toni created a delicious meal for us tonight!
The Burger Pizza with pickles and mushrooms was made to perfection. Whatever sauce you used on it was absolutely delicious—what is it? I need to know!
The Meatball Papadia and the Philly Steak and Cheese Papadia were also outstanding. The hot wings was very tasty! Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing.
A big shout-out to Caleb and Toni for doing an outstanding job preparing my order. You both really made my day with your excellent service and attention to detail.
Thank you for providing such a high-quality food and service tonight. Keep up the fantastic work!

Are you thinking about ordering from the Papa Johns at 25101 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, if you are do yourself a favor and stop! Barro’s pizza is far superior and their customer service is far better. We were planning on grilling chicken tonight. I talked my beautiful girlfriend out of it and we ordered a pie from this store. My goal was just to relax on this Friday night. After ordering an overpriced pizza we waited for it to be delivered. I was upstairs and the door bell rang ONE time while I was putting a shirt on. When I got down to the front door the driver was gone and our pizza was laying on the ground on our doormat in front of the door with all the bugs that crawl on the ground. Obviously this kind of service is unacceptable. We called the store and spoke to a person named Miguel who identified himself as the manager. After telling him what had just occurred he tried to end the conversation with saying he would talk to the driver. Well the driver apparently got back to the store while I was still talking to him. The driver lied and stated he rang the door bell twice, it was obvious we were home as the garage door was up and we just ordered a pizza 25 minutes ago. The manager asked if we selected contactless delivery, the answer to that was no. Even if we had ordered contactless delivery there are two chairs and a table out front that would have been a far better choice than placing the pizza at the front door on the ground. I wonder is this even allowed with the health department? I asked the manager what their return policy was and he stated they do not have one, he offered a credit for next time, the problem with that is there will never ever be a next time with any Papa Johns. When I asked the manager for his bosses information he told me he was the boss. I stated so you have no one that you report to? He fumbled around and as I listened on the line and could not find me a phone number for his boss just telling me to call 7272 with no other numbers to complete the call. This store is horrible, the manager takes no responsibility for his store or his employees, both the manager and driver should be terminated immediately.
