Our family absolutely loves going to Peter Piper's Pizza! We've been coming here for years, and it's consistently a five-star experience. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and delicious, with a perfect crust that's not too thick and not too thin. The variety of toppings is great, and they're generous with them. Beyond the food, the game room is a huge hit with the kids, offering a wide selection of games for all ages. It's clean, well-maintained, and the prizes at the redemption counter are always exciting. The staff is another major highlight; they're always friendly, attentive, and work hard to make sure everyone has a great time. It's the perfect place for a casual family dinner or a birthday party. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and tasty outing!

The food is always great here. I only give it 4 out of 5 because I'm not a fan of having to pay extra for the kids to play in the play area.

Way to expensive. Foods bad. They have a trampoline that's only sometimes open. Cost 10 dollars just to jump.

It was about 83 degrees inside, the kids personal pan pizza took 25 min to come out. A quarter of their arcade games weren’t working

It was packed. Everyone was having a good time. The pizza wasn't as good as it usually is.. whoever made the pizza didn't put on enough sauce and failed to spread it out towards the crust, leaving too much crust uneasy. Also the sauce for the bread sticks taste was off.
Everything else was good, including good customer service.

On 8/11/2025, I visited this location with my one-year-old at 5:00 PM and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. There were approximately five customers in the restaurant at the time. After 43 minutes with no update—and hearing other customers express concerns about wait times—I approached the counter to ask about my order.
The “Shift Supervisor,” identified as Tyree (Hispanic male, late 20s–early 30s), emerged from the back appearing disoriented, with red marks on his face as he had clearly been sleeping. His speech was slurred, his hands were shaking, and he appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I observed him repeatedly run visibly old pizzas through the oven. Several customers returned their orders due to receiving reheated, stale food.
After an additional 13 minutes of waiting, we never received our pizza and requested a refund, which was processed with difficulty. This incident caused significant disruption to my evening, as well as to multiple other families present.
The behavior I witnessed raises serious concerns about food safety, employee competency, and the well-being of customers—particularly children. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend management address these issues immediately. I have already submitted this concern to your feedback team.
So bring my family of 6 here for my son’s birthday, and got here at 1:45. I bought everyone the buffet not realizing it ended at 2. My wife and father in law didn’t eat a thing, and then we noticed that the buffet was ending. All they had was pizza that no one cared to eat anymore on the buffet bar. We asked to get our money back for the two in our party that hadn’t eaten, and were told there was still stuff on the buffet for them to eat. I only had a plate, my sons only had one plate. They offered to make us a pizza, but I spent over 100 dollars for a buffet. Last time I come here. We weren’t asking for a lot just two refunds.

We ordered our pizza and the girl, I believe her name was Destiny was kinda rude and out of it. It took almost an hour to get our pizza, they were short staffed but it doesn't help that destiny (blonde hair) was giggling on her phone with the young man, I forgot his name but he had black hair and...a personality for sure. The food was good but the staff just seemed like they could careless

Busy, not a lot of help. Ordered a pizza and didn't get a nu.ber or buzzer. Kind of weird to call off a pizza and assume honest people get their pizza. They were doing interviews even thoughgame room was pavked and long line for food. Not the best idea with customers watching and lines.
