I was brutally disrespected by an employee that goes by the name “Gigi”. She was very rude from my first encounter when trying to purchase a side of ranch. She aggressively ripped the cash out of my hands and had a very sarcastic attitude. And then to top it off she insanely threw the change back at me. The manager was neither helpful at all and basically dismissed her behavior. I even spoke to BOTH managers and none were a help and said she was talked too about it. The atmosphere of this place is horrible! THE FOOD takes forever to come out. My stomach hurts for days after eating here! This is a terrible location I would NOT recommend.

Well it's peter piper but boy has it changed. Took grand child there for a getaway and you have to pay now for timed play time.

Kids absolutely love hanging out here. Every game is now only 1 token to play, which is awesome seeing how most places are 3.6 or some ridiculous number children can't be expected to keep track of. The play place they just opened is awesome, love how there is a size limit and my 4yr old wasn't trying to bounce w 15yr olds. Had her party here, the crew was nice but seriously didn't know what was going on as far as party packages and how it works etc. the kids still had a blast tho.

This place had great food and great customer service, the only down side is they were so busy during the lunch buffet they kept running out of pizza.

If they were able to keep up with the demand I would have given 5 stars but having to wait for pizzas to come out of the oven during your lunch is a downside especially when you have a timed lunch.

Tiny but mighty!
This is one of the smaller Peter Pipers Pizza we have been to but you shouldn't let the size fool you. The service is great everyone was so friendly. They do have a larger jump area which is probably why they have fewer games than most other Peter Piper Pizzas.

Kids always have a blast here. Food
Is good. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. With the cost of games
And food. Hosting a birthday gathering
We are spending well over $500.
The new jumper should be included
With socks in those bundles. We
Found out the hard way it' cost
Even more per child. That's my
Only issue. Peter Piper do better
Please.

Great selection of games and a fun play area! Note the play area is an additional fee which we were only made aware of when a rude worker escorted out kids off of it. It is however worth the extra cost the kids had a blast playing on it! We had my son's birthday party here and the host assigned to our party was incredible! They do provide some decorations but you can bring your own as well.

Charging for a play structure is ridiculous. I’m not going to spend my time in there trying to keep my kids out of something that should be free or not exist at all. This is the nail in the coffin for me.

Horrible service, the staff is so rude. Specially the manager there was a roach in the bathroom, and they never went to pick it up awful place to dine

Fun times. And the additional trampoline area is a hit with the kids.

My family and I went to pick up the family deal they have the 2 large pizzas and cinnamon sticks for dinner and when we got home the pizza wasn’t fully cooked we called in explaining what was wrong with the pizza my husband spoke with the manager they have today on Saturday July 19, 2025 @8pm she told him to bring in what we had and she would give us a refund and we did exactly what she told us to do and when we got there she expected us to bring both pizzas back with all the pieces of pizza which we explained that we couldn’t because are family was hungry they ate half but was not satisfied with it we brought back what wasn’t touched to her and she said that we couldn’t get out money back because she wanted every slice of pizza there now my 2 year old son is sick because this lady didn’t want to give us our money back and all she said she could offer is a free pizza or store credit when we agreed on the refund for our food that was $40 I will never go back there there food service was horrible and she was giving us attitude and she was being rude

They didn't have the staff or the pizzas to keep up with the really light crowd. At around 12:30pm, they ran out of soda, ran out of plates... and were always out of pizza on the buffet. This is the $15 buffet when I went up the last time. The staff looked like zombies. Wow.

Pizza is good on a consistent basis, wish they had more specials like they used to. The new jumping thing they got is a joke, $12 per kid for what they have access to is ridiculous, you can go to a jump place for a bit more. It reduced the amount of seating which is definitely not good.
