Had a interesting situation tonight where we had trouble using our gift cards online. The manager at this store was the kindest and most patient person to have to help me with such a first world problem. It was a technical issue with the website that had nothing to do with her but she took ownership of it and went above and beyond and even gave us a freebie! It was such a nice experience for such a first world problem. I'm only sorry i couldn't remember her name! She was the manager at 6p on 12/29/26. Thank you so much! Gilbert and Annie Morales

I did a birthday party for my daughter here on the 13th, as soon as I walked in the manager said my daughters name and lead us to the table she was amazing I felt like I didn’t have to do anything she was right there dealing with everything for me! Great prices and my daughter had an amazing party with her friends here!

It’s crazy how much greed is going on now a days to the point where theses companies do not let kids enjoy excitement and fun! These jackpots are a joke! I remember jackpots being high 500 now these jackpots are impossible to win let alone for only 25 tickets this is insane lol!!! Do not waste your time in these type of companies!

First time ever coming to Peter Piper pizza, I came in with my kids. The staff were very friendly, and the place was very clean and neat and the cashier “Gigi” was very helpful. She broke down the menu to us and even helped bring our pizzas to our table and was very welcoming ! My kids had a blast on the play zone although you do have to pay to go in there. Overall positive experience and I will come back here again!

I was brutally disrespected by an employee that goes by the name “Gigi”. She was very rude from my first encounter when trying to purchase a side of ranch. She aggressively ripped the cash out of my hands and had a very sarcastic attitude. And then to top it off she insanely threw the change back at me. The manager was neither helpful at all and basically dismissed her behavior. I even spoke to BOTH managers and none were a help and said she was talked too about it. The atmosphere of this place is horrible! THE FOOD takes forever to come out. My stomach hurts for days after eating here! This is a terrible location I would NOT recommend.
