They didn't have the staff or the pizzas to keep up with the really light crowd. At around 12:30pm, they ran out of soda, ran out of plates... and were always out of pizza on the buffet. This is the $15 buffet when I went up the last time. The staff looked like zombies. Wow.
Pizza is good on a consistent basis, wish they had more specials like they used to. The new jumping thing they got is a joke, $12 per kid for what they have access to is ridiculous, you can go to a jump place for a bit more. It reduced the amount of seating which is definitely not good.
Overall bad experience. Waited an hour for one pizza. I was not informed of the wait time when ordering. By the time I received my food the entire group I was with had all received their order and finished eating. Customers that arrived and ordered after me also received their orders before me. When I spoke to the staff nothing was done and I was told to continue waiting. I then send an email with feedback to their corporate email and was asked what location this took place at but no response other than “ what location was this at?” No apology or acknowledgment, this is not good customer service and an overall bad experience. I’m very disappointed.
Went here for a birthday party and food was good. The service was great from the staff. Things have definitely changed since the last time I went to a Peter piper pizza. But children seam to really enjoy themselves. Bring a jacket tho it was so cold in there.
Great pizza!! Highly recommend!!

Ordered 1 small peperoni and small works . Was told they can do medium. So Ordered half peperoni and half works , like I have done before . Was told they are not set up to do that.
Will not come back again .
It has been getting worse lately.
Use to go all the time for the past 13 years.
NO MORE!!!

Nope the prices are horrible .you’re better off going to Domino’s and getting pizza delivered to you for under 25$

Food's good and employees are amazing. However, their arcade area is depressing and quite literally falling apart. I loved Peter Piper as a kid, but it looks like these games haven't been replaced since the early 2010s
