"Forgot" 2 pizzas and had to wait for a new one by the time the pizzas were made the other 2 I had were completely cold. They gave us 1 free drink for our troubles.... Wow so worth it!!! What a good compensation!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza shop.Been here for almost an hour and they come over and told me they give my order out to somebody else offered me a free drink

Horrible customer service
They don’t care about the customer. Bad service and employees careless

This location is getting worse by the minute. It used to be a half decent place to get food but now, they just cant seem to get any orders correct. This is 4th time coming here this year and each time is just a disappointment. Please stop hiring people that cant read a screen to show a simple 3 item order. I ordered food through the app to make it a simple transaction but I guess it was too much to pay attention now I have to wait for the rest of my order since the "didnt put it in the oven at the same time"

I have had a birthday party here. The staff was helpful. The place is clean and thank fully all the game machine works. I love their lunch specials, and I also love that I can customize my pizza.

Went to take my kids to Peter Piper as a fun lunch before school starts. The fact that I spent 46 bucks for myself and my 3 kids (one of which is over 10 so he was the adult price) to eat soggy salad and mediocre pizza off of paper plates makes me so angry!! This was my first time coming here and I will NEVER be back. The service was terrible as well. There wasn't any Mac and cheese or dessert pizza out until we were about to leave and the dessert pizza was gone as soon as it was put out! I have never had such an awful experience. I hope you guys can get it together. The cost of eating out is a lot now days and I would've rather went to a real restaurant and gotten better service and food for my money.

The food was amazing and fast, the people working there were fantastic, when we got home everyone enjoyed a slice, no leftovers. I'd get pizza here over pizza hut any time.

I love taking my Littles to this location. Very clean and always a great time to go during their lunch specials. We also love the timed game card passes where you can pause them and restart when needed.

Parking: There is a giant parking lot with many spaces. Parking shouldn't be a problem
