I ordered ahead, about an hour, and pizza was burnt and dried. I assume the made it right away and it sat in the heater/oven to keep warm. The manager was not very polite. Was just a little rude and snotty, I guess you can say. Was just disappointed.

Best staff ever!!! TINO the you man really help save my daughter's 4th birthday. Thank you very much give him a raise or something. Then find more people like that...

Came in this Afternoon just to get out of the house had a great time customer service amazing especially from the playpark/game room Attendant Nyellie She was the sweetest with my kids so polite smiled and talked to them while they where playing i had to tell my kids to stop bugging her she is workinh but they kept going up to her n talking giggling she knows how to handle 4 year old She is AMAZING!!!!

So disappointed after explaining over and over of our special needs child the manager was still very RUDE with my husband about helping out our special needs child.

That deserves no stars, that was so poor on that lady’s part! I spent over 100$ and was treated very rudely. Ended up leaving 30 mins into our experience. My niece didn’t get to use all her points,before we left disappointed. Again

Love coming here the ambiance is always awesome and the staff here goes above and beyond! The area is clean and food always comes out delicious! Shout out to Valentino for putting me on the crispy chicken salad and making it with love! And Jaime for being an awesome supervisor and her hospitality is top-notch. You can tell they care about their guests. ❤️

I bring my son here just to play games. He loves it. There is an associate by the name of KJ. Hes 17 years old and has some of the best customer service skills simply because he cares enough!! Everyone in retail could learn a lesson from this bright awesome kid. He made my experience so much better just simply by his energy and caring. We could all learn a thing or 2 from this kid. He is going places and I hope the management sees this and acknowledges him in the future

Let me count the ways this place sucked! So first we asked about a specific game so my son could play it for his birthday at this place. Was told where it was and after walking over to play found that it was OUT OF ORDER...but that's not the only game that was! There were 3 out and by the time we left 5 we're not working. They offered us 10 extra points to play MORE games....well, the ones that still worked that is! Would not recommend and will not return. Don't waste your money at this location.

Best service i had at peter piper pizza! Very helpful cashier i believe her name is Celina, she went above and beyond to help us get the best deals very nice and hardworking. We will definitely come back to this location!

Marcos and Jamie made our experience amazing. They were so welcoming and attentive for our daughter's birthday (weren't even having a party). Thank you both for making us feel welcomed so we could focus on having fun!!
