Fantastic food at great prices. That's what you can expect. The owner will be sitting at a table in the dining room watching videos on his phone at full volume, so don't expect great atmosphere. This isn't for a nice night out, it's for really good food at cheap prices.
Under ratted restaurant inside the Asian supermarket. The food is great. Better pho than the one across the street and the price is right.
