Placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and wings for pickup today and it was a great experience. Walked in and the place looked clean and put together but what really drew my attention was the manager working by herself. Her name was Jenn and she was amazing. My food came out perfect and she delivered excellent service even tho she was running everything by herself. If she does this pretty often she definitely needs more recognition for providing great service and food! I will definitely be coming back for her!

The staff here is amazing. Our order was hot and just the way we ordered it. We picked up our order thru the Drive thru which made it easier to pick up. One of only a few Pizza Hut's that have a dining area and a Drive Thru.

There was along peace of hair inside of my boneless wing and I almost throw up after I realized I was eating it, I spit it out so fast!! It was good but oh lord the hair ruined it!! 🤮🤮🤢

Service is horrible, Alexis recieved my order then never made it, I showed up to the store early and she has me waiting outside ignoring the doorbell as if I would go away she finally shows up from the back and asks for my name like she was looking for something then says she has no orders, then why ask for my name????? Was very quick to say the ovens were shutting off on her but If she wanted a pizza she would keep it on. Description short round with a mole on her face

So had an order last night after my daughter recital get the order an didnt notice the issue with box at first but when got home the bottom box which was not constructed well the pizza jus fell out managed to save some an luckily it was a pepperoni which was mine not my kids so was frustrated an on top of it when eating the crust seemed super under on all of the pizzas it was just a bad experience. You can see the edges where the small folds aren't even done correct the slightest. Had to throw some an still didn't feel comfortable eating this one.

I had to take this picture of their countertop 91st Ave & Peoria, look at all the built up grease and dirt right below the keyboard how disgusting is that! 99.99% of Arizona restaurants are disgusting, owners don't care, that's obvi, & employees don't clean & the public just doesn't care!! That just tells me that they don't even wash their hands after they go to the bathroom gross, & they're making ur pizza & wings, totally gross. The window sills are filthy, dirty windows etc...

The workers and management ARE TERRIBLE! Food is always cold and sloppy. When you wait for delivery you usually have to pick up yourself because they fired all their driver's and Uber and door dash deliver their pizzas. But the manager here and the evening crew is just awful. Not only did my family and I get sick after eating pizza we got from here , we waited 2hrs for delivery and when we arrived the door dash girl was very sweet she was trying to pick up orders and these people were giving her a hard time and turns out she was trying to re deliver our cold pizzas. She didn't even get paid for her wasted time and they way they spoke to her in front of customers....... Highly unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
