Worse customer service ever. Order a pizza to be delivered to my elderly parents literally right behind the store. The driver called me mom and said he couldn’t find it and didn’t know how to work google maps!!! He said his manager said if he can’t find the house to leave the order at the train tracks and delete order. I was still charged.

Ordered pizza online with an expected READY time. When arrived for that expected READY time, the pizza wasn't even being started for prep until I arrived for my pizza. They were not that busy at the time, you can tell. Then at the counter, she was Rude, no customer service. How are you going to be late with an order and still be rude. If you want late pizza, bad customer service come here.

I placed order over the phone, was told my older would be ready for pick up in 15-20 minutes…the guy inside said it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes on top of my 20 minutes! I asked why would I be told 20 minutes on the phone. He said it’s a call center that answers and not aware of actual wait time in the store!! Seriously WTH? A call center? Buut the guy apologized and the pizza was perfect and Cinnabons were delicious !!!

Thank you to a person named Zander from the 67th ave and peoria location, they were very helpful when everyone else kept sending my calls to different locations and being no help at all, they were very helpful in answering my questions and being very Nice and friendly, definitely deserves a raise for being the helpful and nice person they were

1st...the delivery service "Dash" that Pizza Hut uses deserves a 1 star rating and I will not place any orders for delivery. Understanding that... I placed an order for pickup. The manager Ray had such a great attitude! Customer service at this establishment is amazing. Its refreshing to find that there are still people in our community's "post COVID" workforce that understand the value of a simple smile and a kind word. If your having a bad day....just grab a bite to eat here!!! Their cusromer service is a game changer!! I would strongly urge Pizza Hut to discontinue doing business with the 3rd party delivery service "Dash". Their incompetent drivers are bringing down your star rating and costing you any returned business. Thanks for reading this!
