The manager Andrew was super friendly and answered our questions on menu items. The apple pie was super yummy!!!!

Food was horrible, bad customer service.
I arrived at Pizza Hut right at opening time. I was greater by a friendly gentleman who was smiling. I had a preordered takeout order. He quickly made my pizzas and I was out the door. He was very friendly and professional. If I had my own business, he would be the type of person I would want working for me. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online said my order was ready. Got there and waited over an hour after they said it was ready and they still couldn't tell me if the order was even made. I get it's a busy night, but they had 3 people there working that's it. Tried to cancel order and after 30 minutes just trying to cancel I gave up. Pizza Hut obviously needs the money more than me. Never go there again. Worst part is I worked for Pizza Hut for 20 years at one of the busiest stores in the country I could have this store straightened out in no time. How in the world on a Friday night, Halloween night do you not have a manager in the store working? Can't really blame staff for poor management. One kid maybe 17 years old working and standing there looking at boxes. Another guy probably mid 30's who obviously had one speed and walked back and forth like he was lost or overhwlemed.

Stopped by and was surprised to see a dine in location! The staff were very sweet and served me the most amazing pan pizza just like I remember it to be!

We used to come here once or twice a week, but that’s not gonna happen ever again. Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas online and when I got there after waiting the required 15 minutes for them to be ready there were two people in line and no one at the counter. I could hear noise back in the kitchen, so I stepped forward and ventured a look beyond the counter. To my surprise, there was a pan on the floor at the end of the oven with a pizza turned upside down on the floor. That should’ve been my first clue that this was not going to go well. Finally, the one and only person that was in the shop came upfront to wait on us three customers. He began to ring up each customer and when he finally got to me, he said mine was ready so he continued to the back to box my order. I thought he would just hand me my two pizzas and I could be on my way, but he continued to box up all the other orders, which was about another five minutes. After finally picking up my order and taking it home, I discovered that my stuffed crust pizza with grilled chicken was totally fried – see attached pictures. Needless to say this is the last time ever ordering from Pizza Hut. Bye-bye.

Don't bother. (Read the reviews)This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss. Had a gift card so took a chance. Tried to order a deep dish and tried to explain on the phone with someone that spoke broken English that I wanted a deep dish. Ended up with a pan pizza. The manager could not get the gift card to work. He tried several times while getting upset and cursing when he couldn't figure out how to get it to work. He apologized for it not working but I had to pay 30 dollars for a pizza that when I took home was not what I wanted and tasted terrible. (My fault for not opening the box while I was in the store.) It's also my own fault because I know this place is terrible but I thought it would be ok since I had a gift card. The pizza was cold, didn't taste good at all. Now I am stuck with a gift card that according to the manager doesn't work. There are other pizza places close by so if you come here good luck. The bad reviews are on here for a reason.

70 bucks for 2 pizzas with a tip. Delivery fees were high and I realized why when door dash showed up. Ordered a new ranch flight pizza. No ranch. Hardly any toppings. Almost forgot why I never order pizza hut.

I ordered online and had a free pizza and it was completed incorrectly (user error probably) but Pizza Hut was very kind in corrected in for me - and the Pizza was delish and perfect!!!
Why is the personal pan pizza not like it use to be , identical to its big brother ? Theres no fluffy thick crust and no buttery golden brown pan affect !! I got the box thing and little Caesars makes better pizza worst pizza ever!!!

Awful Delivery Experience – Zero Accountability
I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Hut app, and it was never delivered—even though my address is very straightforward. The delivery driver said the order would be returned to the store, but that never happened. When I went to the store myself to pick it up, the staff were completely unhelpful and just blamed the delivery partner, DoorDash. They told me to reach out to DoorDash myself. If Pizza Hut has no control over delivery and can't help a customer when something goes wrong, why even offer delivery through the app? This kind of service is unacceptable. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 3rd party app, missing wings and ranch.
last time I ordered a pizza here, it was my son's birthday. He loves barbecue favorite the most, but they packed it wrong and gave me a spicy pizza. We can't eat spicy food and throw it away , When I called them back and asked, they said they were sorry to have a $20 credit next time. Today, when I went to buy again, I told the cashier about the last credit, But he said he couldn't find my records, he just gave me a $7 discount。I'm not happy, it's not a matter of money. I only got half of the food for the last order of $40. I just don't think customers should pay for the store's mistake .
