Pizza Star may be the absolute best pizza in Arizona. For such a small, quaint and fun popup of sorts, the mastery of ingredients cannot be matched.
The best way to describe this pizza, whereas almost every pizza out there tastes the same, Pizza Star flavor can only be described as 100% fresh. The ingredients are chosen and made from the finest available and created with the best ingredient, love. Perfectly topped be that sauce or , no ingredient is out matched by another. The perfect amount of each is carefully added to create an other worldly experience of taste. Veggies, OR meat, OR cheese, and the perfect sauce make this one of the very best however you prefer.

Best pizza I’ve had in Arizona and one of the best slices i’ve had period. Sufficient crisp and quality ingredients. Homemade dough and sauce and that’s apparent. Owner is super friendly and his wife is as well. Great spot definitely worth a visit.

I HIGHLY recommend you stop to try this pizza. I finally got around to trying it after being told by others who have already been there and I am so glad I did.
As I went to order, the owner (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was super kind and was very attentive. You can tell he has been doing this for some time.
As I was waiting for my pizzas, I began to chat with him and was discussing my failed attempts at making my own with my personal pizza oven. He was kind enough to give me tips on how to better my dough.
Once the pizza was done, they were cooked to perfection. The owner described it as a blend between traditional Neapolitan and New York.
The crust had a great undercarriage and the crisp was great. There was no flaking and the flavor was great.

We live in the area and finally stopped and glad we did. NOW that’s a GOOD PIZZA! My kids are pizza lovers and we have tried all pizzas and this one is what I call a good pizza. They only come in one size I wish they where bigger but quality is 10/10 if your looking for a good pizza. They are very fast too and friendly

I'm addicted. This free-standing brick oven pizza stove food trailer creates the best pizza I've had in a bunch of years.. The crust is sufficiently crispy with the right amount of grease. Admittedly, I've only had the Meat Lovers, but I'll move down the menu soon enough. He makes a white pizza with a ricotta based sauce. You can get that same sauce for dipping. Puts the already phenomenal pizza over the top. There are no tables/chairs, so get it to go or eat in your vehicle.
