The back door area and the drive through was gross. I was starving so I went ahead and went on through and ordered. The clerk appeared to be extra busy but was still very nice to me. The chicken strips were not very hot when I got them and even less tasty. They were nice and crispy though. That was a plus. I had to ask for ranch to dip them I should’ve asked for hot sauce too. Maybe that would have helped. The biscuit was very good but small. (Thanks President Biden for the inflation that I’m sure reduced the size of biscuits)I have only ever been to one other Popeye’s. I still wasn’t sure what to order. Maybe if I ever try it again it will be better. Just not this location. I used to deliver food to restaurants when I worked for a major food distributor. If anyone wants to know how to tell if it’s dirty in the kitchen, just look at the service door at the back of the place. It always lets you know. If it’s dirty outside- it’s dirty inside.I almost left but I had been fasting for a blood test and I was very hungry and didn’t want to keep looking for a restaurant. I can’t go there again. It was a mess when I looked in the dirty drive up window. Clean it up you guys.

Hey, I mean, if you reallllly truly deep down feel like waiting 5+ minutes just for somebody to come on the mic, and a further 20+ minutes (I actually timed this) after they tell you to park on the side for them to forget about you and then never actually start the order (fourth time in two months, same crew each time) until you eventually call in, this is the place for you. Honestly, I'd like to have a poll between the Jack N' the Box on 75th up the road and you guys to see who is the worst night crew in Peoria.

The chicken strips are so thin that you're basically just eating fried breading. I talked to a guy named Pedro and asked if he could just give me some chicken strips with some meat on them. He said thats the way it is and you get what you get. Poor quality food, poor customer service. The reviews definitely reflect the quality. Chick-fil-A is such a better quality restaurant.

I wish I can grade a 0 star. We were the only ones in line. Took about 5 minutes for them to notice. The girl could not understand how to add a 8 piece in the system and needed lots of help. Found out she's new and needs more training. The next couple walked out from waiting too long. This place sucks. If the ceo of Popeyes saw this place he would fire every one of them. This is my last time eating at this one.

The drive thru is rough to access since there is a car wash entrance right next to it. The staff were very pleasant and listened to what I wanted and followed up to ensure my order was complete. I didn't feel rushed at all. They processed my transaction very quickly and despite having to make my order fresh it still was ready very quickly. I ordered the ghost pepper wings which are amazing !

I placed a decent sized order from this location an hour before they closed for delivery. I had no issues at all. The food was fresh, hot and extremely good. I have been going to Popeyes for years and never had a bad experience. This is the only place that I will eat chicken. They made the best food and cant say how much I love this place! Thank you to everyone who works really hard in the restaurants. It takes a lot of work to work in a restaurant. It doesn't matter your job title. Only special people can work in certain restaurants. Seriously, excellent service and Food! Thank you!

The drive-thru - three times now did not receive dipping sauce with my order. Don't listen very well to complete the order. I've repeated myself two and three times every time I've gone through the drive-thru. If it wasn't for the food being excellent I wouldn't go. The service needs work!
