i travel a lot for work, so i visit many different canes locations throughout the country. this one has the SMALLEST chicken fingers by FAR. they are like, unbelievably small.

the first time i saw how small they were, i didn't think much of it, and just assumed i was unlucky. but i came here yesterday and just like the previous time, the fingers were so small. theres literally more crust on the fingers than the meat, i am not joking

Every time I come here it’s little kids laughing and on there phones.
Tired of this service.
Cant stand this location.

Drive-through is very slow and when I got home, I realized my order was wrong.

Waited 10 mins after getting my food for drinks. Paid for 2 extra sauce got zero sauces in total. Person taking orders at drive thru was rude

Boy has this location cut down on their portions. We had a handful of French fries. Less then half what we usually get. Very disappointed. Everything tasted good, but still paying the same for less.

Texas toast tastes like a hot dog bun that hasn’t been cut in half- 1/10 French fries are soggy and way too salty- 2/10 Chicken is juicy and tender with a decent amount of crisp. If you’ve never had the back room chicken tenders (the puritan) they’re pretty good. If you have, they’re mid- 6.5/10 The sauce although has a decent flavor it has a weird spicy tang that goes away almost immediately- 6/10 Overall value I’ll give a strong 7. 13 bucks with a drink from a “fast food” joint is pretty cheap although I could eat 3 of these combos

Second time coming here and it's the second time I was given terrible service and food. Chicken is not really cooked well, certainly not crispy... fries are stale & old and the lemonade is watered down, warm with no ice. And the people here are spiteful (especially the girl with the purple hair & clown type of makeup) very spiteful... so much so that I don't trust my food. I won't come back here again!

I have been to this location several times and it has become my favorite fast food restaurant in the area. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always served hot and perfectly cooked.

OK. I have to update and downgrade my review. Employees at this location have been instructed to fill drink cups 3/4 full of ice before handing the cups to the customers. This is an obnoxious and irritating practice. Most people just take their overfilled cup over to the drink machine and dump out the excess ice. Just give me an empty cup and I will add the amount of ice that I want.

Delicious food, basically Zaxbys but slightly better. Music was a bit loud but the vibes were good. Definitely a fast food restaurant but you can tell it’s fairly newer than most fast food restaurants.
