GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!
Not a fan, lines are always long and the employees always seem put out and not very friendly, TODAY I went through the drive and had to make my order over 5 times for the operator taking the order to get get it and hear it, you could hear the employees in the background laughing and yelling, finally after she apologized and told someone to stop, I got the order placed, payed for it, or what I thought was it, food came without the jug of lemonade. Before I could say anything the window was slammed. I assumed they were getting it. After several minutes, the employee opened the window and said what do you want… I told her I was just waiting on the jug of lemonade, which she looked at me and with disgust and informed me that I didn’t order lemonade. Yes I did I replied, she slammed the window and rolled her eyes. Then another employee comes to the window and rips it open looks at me, rolls her eyes, which I will be honest really pissed me off, to this point I was frustrated, now I’m pissed in my car with my daughter and three of her friends from her dance team as we were headed to the pool for a little end of summer break pool party. The girl who reports to me she is the acting manager says, what do you want, I said I really just want my jug of lemonade and to go. She asked for receipt, I told her I didn’t get one, she then looks at me and says, ya… you didn’t pay for lemonade, you need to pay for it. I told her I paid 61 dollars, are you sure… I heard the girl read back my order and I made sure she had the lemonade in the order. She literally drops her shoulders, sighs and goes I’ll just look it up… she slams the window again, and then comes back and says I found your receipt, you didn’t order lemonade. I told her I did order lemonade, she then looks at me and says if you want the lemonade you have to pay for it… no kidding…. Sigh, I told her that’s fine, if it was not on the other receipt and I haven’t already paid for it, then great let’s get it now… I give her my phone to tap and pay for it, she hands me a receipt and sarcastically goes here’s your receipt for your order. I look at the receipt and see there is a customer care number, looking at the receipt I see that there is not a store number, so I asked. She told me you don’t need a store number. I said I’m going to call the number on this receipt, how do I reference your store. She told me well I’m the on today manager, I said that’s great… she rolled her eyes and told me we are store 195. Wow, I am appalled never have I been talked to, badgered, and been treated as a degenerate of society, especially in a service industry. It’s insulting to think this is the kind of service is allowed, and this is the leadership guide from a management position at this store.
My kids absolutely Canes! The sauce, the bread, and the chicken all come together perfectly.
Hello and welcome too another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair Review… Today’s review is Raising Cane's on 782 South Willow Street in Manchester, NH, Raising Canes in Manchester offers ample parking in a well-lit lot, with designated accessible spaces near the entrance. The restaurant is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring wide aisles and clear signage, making it easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Inside, the restaurant boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with bright lighting and comfortable seating. The layout is spacious, accommodating both dine-in and takeout customers. Staff members are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. offers a straightforward and satisfying fast-food experience, especially for those seeking comfort food in a wheelchair-accessible setting. Me and my friend Anna Costa-Turner ordered the 3 Finger Combo amd comes with three hand-breaded chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast (which unfortunately they had ran out of but were generous and substituted extra fries), coleslaw, and a regular drink. The chicken fingers are juicy and tender, complemented by the signature Cane’s Sauce—a creamy, tangy blend that enhances the flavor. adds a buttery, garlicky touch, while the fries are crispy and well-seasoned. At approximately 970 calories, this combo offers a balanced meal without being overly indulgent at all price of $9.23..my mom ordered the Sandwich Combo includes three chicken fingers, lettuce, Cane’s Sauce, crinkle-cut fries, and a regular drink. Served on a soft toasted bun, the sandwich delivers the same quality chicken and sauce in a convenient format. It’s a satisfying choice for a quick meal, with the sandwich providing a hearty yet manageable portion and the price is very reasonable too @ $9.79 …. I was very blown away by how good that chicken was…. Gonna go for the sandwich next time , my overall score of Canes stands at a 9.3/10
what's all the hype ? it's chicken, fries and sauce. There is nothing special about any of it. I've had better chicken at gas stations. Chilli's has better chicken...one and done.
REALLY,THE BIGGEST SCAMMER LEE ASNER..
I recommend it but Cane's needs to offer chicken like well done or regular, mine was like I'm chewing rubber because it was not completely cooked.
Tried this in Kingston Pike in Knoxville (the one that opened less than 2 months ago), it was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I'm not going to lie, it was Phenomenal. I loved the Chicken Tenders, Fries, and Toast. The sauce, on the other hand, it was new, it was sweet, sour, rich, strong, and creamy, I liked it though, it was just new to me. By the way, this has to be my new favorite fast-food place, in fact, Raising Cane's is what Oak Ridge needs.
$2 for each chicken tender half the size of a playing card. I used to sing their praises but it has devolved so much. They make Pluckers look affordable again!
They left an entire kids meal off our order. Ordered 3 meals, 2 kids meals, and an extra fry. One kids meal bag a kids meal, the other had the extra fry and they did not give us the other kids meal. This was our first visit and not impressed as one of our kids did not get the food we ordered and paid for.
Restaurantji Recommends
I went to our new one here in lima. After waiting for my food I get little peices of chicken, soggy half cooked fries, texas toast with very little anything on it. Was not worth what I paid by a long shot. My first and last time to have Raising Canes.
Do I recommend Raising Cane's?? ALL DAY EVERY DAY! Always fresh and delicious. I drive out of my way for Raising Cane's. Never been disappointed!
we were very excited to try but will not return. the cashier at willow grove was absolutely lovely but the chicken was soggy, the breading peeled off as soon as it was picked up, the texture of the bite was off putting to put it gently and the chicken itself was a glistening pink. they offered to remake but i had completely lost my appetite.
I’m grew up in Louisiana, lived there until about ten years ago. I do love me some Canes but I wasn’t able to eat it often being as I live in Maryland and up until a year ago we didn’t have one in my area. We now drive 30 min to go get Cane’s whenever the mood strikes us. My major complaint now is the lemonade. It tastes mostly like sugar water. Can barely tell that it’s lemonade. I initially thought it was just the Waldorf location. I eventually stopped ordering it since it was gross. Last week I was in Lafayette and decided to give it a go while I was there. The lemonade was disgusting too. I don’t know what has happened, I used to love being lemonade. Now if I want lemonade I have to go to chik fil a. I know it used to be great but two different locations and one of them is geographically close to where they originated. I’m tired of wasting money on what is basically sugar water. Fix this please. I know I can’t be the only one.
