Our soccer team visited this RR for our team dinner, as we are from Washington State. We called ahead and RR was willing to hold tables for 31 people on a Saturday night. Wow! That was great. However, because we were delayed getting to RR due to a tire being critically low on air on our van, we missed our table. When we arrived 5 minutes late, another large group got seated at our table. That sucked. But, RR jumped into action and we got seated about 20minutes later, which wasn't all that bad given the size of.our group. Appreciate staff working diligently to get us a table.
Service was great. They kept the fries and strawberry lemonades coming. Only negative about the service was one of our parents ordered a vodka martini. Not sure if they had a new bartender, but martinis definitely do not get served with ice cubes in a standard cocktail glass. It was basically vodka on the rocks that they passed off as a martini. That was disappointing.

Other than that. RR did a good job to split up our many checks. And, again, for as many people as we had in our party, it was a nice trip to Red Robin.

Me and my family went to Red Robin just recently I believe a couple of days ago and we literally sat at the booth and waited for over 10 minutes to even have somebody come offer us a drink my husband then got up and grab somebody and said can somebody please help us start our order and get us some drinks. The service was terrible it took them forever to bring our food. We constantly had to go and find somebody to get us more refills. One of the employees was taking a break and sitting at a booth and literally cussing and throwing a fit about talking about a customer that was wanting bottomless fries. Then we ask for more fries and it was a pain in our waitresses but to even be able to go get us more fries. Your company has gone downhill so bad. We will never step foot in there again.

It was okay I guess. It was really busy and loud, it took forever to get everything to our table with only three of us, the waiter couldn't get our drink orders right, and by the time we were done and paying that's when the refills for the sides finally came

I arrived at about 5:45 on a Thursday night. My order was finally taken just before 6:00. I was looking at my phone when a person, other than the server, dropped the plate in front of me, I looked up to ask for some condiments and he was long gone. The table next to me was laughing. By the time the server came to check. I was half done and couldn't care at that point. I had ordered the bottomless side and drink, but I eventually left with no refills having paid online from the table, I never again saw another employee, or heard from one, not a great experience. I was by myself and trying to listen to a book with my earbud, I asked for the quietest place, I couldn't hear above the music.

My hamburger was great, waitress amazing, and the final cost was even better.

We always receive great service when we’re dining in. Tonight we did an online order and they gave us complimentary cookies and a sweet note thanking us for dining with them. They also gave us pretty large sauce cups for our ranches and campfire sauce which is great because so many restaurants skimp on the sauce when you do to-go.

Good food but overpriced

The service was on point. The last handful of times we went to Red Robin, we saw a steady decline in the quality of the service, food, and facility as a whole. This time, we only stopped in as a last resort, and were pleasantly surprised! No dry buns, raw turkey burgers, empty glasses, or incorrect orders, this time! The server was very kind, attentive, accurate, and efficient. The food was well-prepared and tasty. The building looks like some repairs have been made. It's actually an incredible rebound, and we're willing to try it, again!
