Wonderful waitress named Salem. Very attentive and presented my mom with a birthday ice cream treat. We had a nice afternoon celebration.

Went in for a family dinner and really had a good time. They finally let us sit in the bar area with our teens, and the service was great. Happy hour was a good value, and all the food came out on time.

Why is there a table right by the bathrooms?

Cons: The pizza is disappointing. Pricey and not that great.

Cons: Ribs are pretty fatty compared to other restaurants I've ordered them at.

Pros: Service has always been great here. This is my child's favorite place to eat. Our server went above and beyond interacting with our kids and letting them order their food and drinks themselves.

Pros: I never had to flag down our servers. Drinks were filled, plates were cleared and they never have forgotten our food.

Pros: The food is good if you like fries and burgers. I also enjoyed their whiskey river wrap, ribs (when it's not fatty), and most of the appetizers.

They have a ton of options like your normal regular burger place. Not too many "healthy" portion sizes but I take half to go anyway. They do have some veggie options.

We had great service from Brian even though he was all over the place with other tables.

THIS IS SUPER DISGUSTING. when my wife yelled there is a bug in my food, i couldn’t believe it i thought she is mistaken it to something else. When i took a look, i was shocked. This bug was huge, almost same size as my tip of my finger. Someone needs to be held accountable for this.

The food is great but EVERY SINGLE TIME we order to go they get my order wrong. I order a teriyaki chicken sandwich with no mayo and no tomato and it always comes with mayo and tomato, I also order extra crispy fries that never come extra crispy either. We live just far enough away if we drove back to get a new one, my husband's food would be ice cold. It is very frustrating, When we dine in everything is great but it is super frustrating to waste money on take out. I don't think I can give them any more chances.

Good Red Robin
I've been coming here for many years. Overall, they were good experiences.
The restaurant is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food tastes great. the issue is that the prices are quite high for the portion size you get here. I recommend coming here with coupons or special days.

Great burgers and fries. Our server kinda disappeared for long stretches but she did keep bringing fries so that was nice. It was kind of loud at this location too. Still great food though!

I could not say enough great things about this Red Robin. From the managers to the servers they are amazing and always make us feel like family. Food is great and you can never go wrong with bottomless fries (especially with my kiddos) my family eats out a lot but I would chose this Red Robin over so many other places just because of how amazing the staff is.
