I was in town visiting a friend. We went to revolu for dinner. Ordered elote for an appetizer. It was absolutely perfect and flavorful! I also ordered a couple of different style tacos and both were really good. We sat at the bar and our server, Andre, was great. He made a delicious mezcal Paloma for me. Their tequila selection is pretty limited, but they have a few good choices. The ambiance in the restaurant was great and it's nicely decorated. I'd highly recommend it! Great balance of flavor and different ingredients make the food special.

Our first time there and wow! It was the worst customer service in my life ?I ordered Horchata to drink and asked for less ice and that is what I got, the cost of the glass of Horchata is $5.00. I’ve got half glass empty, so I asked if refill is free? The waitress said no, so i asked if they will charge me half price, since it’s not a full glass. Manager came to our table and explained that Horchata has is portioned. I asked what if I would’ve asked for no ice than manager said that it would be in the bottom of the glass and they still will charge me for the whole glass. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the Manager, since he never introduce himself to us. With all these said I’m attaching a picture of the most expensive half empty glass of Horchata for $5.00 without refill!Definitely not going there again and do not recommend that place save your money and your nerves.

Man, I absolutely LOVE this place. Their quesabirria tacos are fantastic! Really, all of their tacos are fantastic. I love the modern flair to all of the dishes here and how everything is so flavorful. And their Pineapple Habanero salsa is my absolute favorite thing complimented by some truly tasty tortilla chips. The margaritas are always a winner as wells. My husband and I have been here for many date night dinners or lunches and the food has always been consistent. It’s also refreshing to occasionally see the owners happily getting their hands dirty by serving or making drinks. They’re truly nice people who run a really wonderful restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: They have great tasting kids menu items. My kids ate every bite!

Went to pickup take out, I ordered the steak fajitas, they were excellent. My lady had the carne asada loaded tots, she ate until she was "fuller than a tick on Teusday"? They were also very tasty, so I finished my fajitas and polished off the tots she couldn't eat. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. We'll definitely be back soon!!

The food experience left much to be desired, catering excessively to the white-American palate with an overwhelming sweetness permeating through each dish. The flavors lacked authenticity and depth, rendering the dining experience mediocre at best. Furthermore, the prices were unjustifiably high for the quality offered, making it difficult to justify the expense. However, amidst the disappointment, the saving grace was the commendable service provided by the staff, which was attentive and accommodating throughout the meal. Overall, while the service was satisfactory, the overly sweet and overpriced fare failed to impress.

I would never go there again. Bad service. Charge you forthings even when they make a mistake and the Mgr. Could care less. It's ok because we have a lot of great Mexican food restaurants that make you look even worse.

Pretty good overall. Place was aesthetically pleasing and service was great. Only thing I didn't like is that the chicken diablo tacos and carne asada tacos were dry and the portion size on the appetizer was ridiculously small.

Ate lunch here w the wife this week for the first time and were impressed. We usually eat at the Pho place next door but decided what the heck, tacos instead of noodle soup today. The place is decorated in a very appealing manner. It looks very Mexican- American street with some dia de los muertos themed characters and scenes painted on the walls. I felt comfortable right away and with Sublime and a 90s track playing in the background it felt like home in Long Beach, CA. The menu was pretty simple and straightforward so we each chose the three taco plate. My three carne asada tacos were spot on w the steak very flavorful and tender. My wife chose pork carnitas, pork al pastor and cilantro lime shrimp and also found them delicious. She enjoyed the pickled red onion touch on the carnitas particularly. The owners both served us and they were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating (turning down the music volume at our request) so customer service and a great experience is not prob here. I give four not five stars due to price. $22 for a three taco plate w rice and or beans isn't overly pricey but it isn't cheap. I will come back and try other menu items for sure.
