ordered $75 worth of food through Slice on 2/6/24 @ 545pm - Rosatis of Peoria - Literally Robbed me!!! Claimed they delivered my pizza ( i have receipt and video surveillance as proof) never Delivered it- Alexis at Rosatis was rude, uncooperative, disrespectful ( claims she got ME confused with an Uber eats driver? as is they deserved to be treated that way) and REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Stated to me i would get my Food when i got my Food and refused to answer my callback after she hung up on me. Slice application (Peter) is involved and was on the phone when a Drugged out looking Rosatis employee claiming he was a manager - showed up at my door 2hrs later asking if I still wanted the pizza and food. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!! I am waiting to hear if they are going to refund my money- Alexis claimed ROSATIS PEORIA WOULD NOT IN GOOD FAITH RETURN MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH NO FOOD WAS DELIVERED. An El Mirage Police report is being filed today on Theft! You do not TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY!

This is the second time in six months that I’ve ordered from this location. The first time A friend brought it for lunch and it wasn’t good. It was the original crust it was soggy, and the flavor was just off. But I wanted to give them another chance because everybody has an off day, and I lived in Scottsdale and used to order this pizza all the time and it was delicious.I placed my order around11:30 for a 12:00 pickup with a not so friendly woman. When I got there I walked into a rather disorganized pick up station. They are definitely not giving off a clean and sanitary vibe. There was no one at the counter and a voice from the back said I’ll be out in a minute. I waited a few minutes and here she comes… Chewing food. Long hair in a messy bun loosely hanging around her face. No hairnet, no hat, no apron she too, was disheveled.Six minutes later I’m home and The pizza is cold. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised, the box is smudged with dirty fingerprints, pizza sauce, and grease. It’s just kind of par for the course. Another disappointing pizza. It was absolutely smothered in a thick layer of sauce. The dough was wet underneath, and the cardboard was sticking to the crust. It was gross.No way I’ll be back, two strikes you’re out!You know who does have consistently good pizza? BARROS, they always slay it’

Delivery driver ripped off my daughter 11 bucks manager refuses to do anything about it until I showed up and demanded my change and delivery fee back. If you want to eat from this place pick up only or they will tip you off and be okay with

I used the coupon--get a free 12" cheese pizza when ordering an 18" pizza. So it made for a good deal.25 minutes--prepared right on time for carryout. Pizza was delicious--extra sauce. (Only small point is I would have preferred white onion over red--not a big deal). I recommend this location for delicious pizza and good service!

I have seen pizza slides before, but i have never seen a pizza slide this bad before! What a joke, I will NEVER order from here again or from Rosati’s in general, I understand mistakes happen but this looks personal!
Visiting from out of town and we wanted something to just pick up and take back to room. I did a phone order and just picked up. We ordered spaghetti + meatballs and chicken parm, and both were delicious. The chicken parm is different because the chicken is cut into bite-size pieces, which I have never had but definitely liked that I didn't have to cut and could just eat. The portions are generous. I will definitely be back when in town.

Most of the wings were Cold. Not warm.Was told they’re precooked, so essentially they didn’t put it in the microwave long enough. Was promised another batch to be delivered and soon called by Roger. Was told They don’t do that and could only offer 25% off my next order. Like ima order this garage again. Big ticket. Just make it right. Nothing crazy. No refund/ No outrages request. Would have given the left over wings back. Nope. Very disappointed in “Chicago” Pizza and wings.

They do not allow you to order online for pickup without paying by card, and their system forces you to tip. There is no reason to tip for them to hand you food, that is not waiting on someone and does not equal a tip. Pay your employees a proper wage and stop trying to force consumers to pay the wage you won't.

Ask for triple sausage only got crumbled sausage, I WiLL NEVER go BACK that Was the second Time I order from them and bought time I order extra sausage and I got crumble and im from Chicago and their pizza it’s Not like that , I going back to the east side on on 32nd and Thomas where they give you the correct amount of sauces that you pay for big sausage not no damn crumble. It maybe far from my house but I will drive for Good Foods , two thumbs down for this pizzeria
