I have found someone else’s hair in my food 3 separate times. That really stinks because the location is convenient for me. Wear hair nets please!

Rubio’s always gets my orders correct and the food is consistently good. Staff always friendly and food is available in a timely manner. The store is showing its age and could use a facelift

This is our favorite Rubios . We live near 3 locations. This one is always the cleanest. I also like that the lighting and possibly the windows make it seem brighter and more welcoming. They are always nice and have good attitudes and the service is prompt.

This is a great little (chain) Mexican restaurant. The food is always good here. They have a great Tuesday taco deal two for five dollars for chicken or fish tacos. Only issue I found was with their app and trying to load it/redeem for Promotions.

Disgusting stale corn tortillas and unseasoned food the fish tacos tasted like potato tacos and the mahi mahi tasted like it was day old like it had that firm texture of reheated food the only thing that was ok was the flour tortillas.
They give you chips and tacos without salsa or sauce of any kind to wash it down. Must be an extra cost? The chips were stale too, gave me the vision of them packing up leftover chips from their dine in customers because how else do your chips get stale like that. Especially in a moist enclosed container
I don't know if this is just how they treat their delivery orders or if it's this gross inside or not but regardless will never order again
