For a food truck this place is the BOMB! GET THE CHURROS! For $2.50 they are the best churros I’ve ever had. The birria tacos were amazing, hot, juicy, and good portion! Would recommend!!

Rubys food truck is high quality food he makes the best tacos in AZ. Highly recommend trying it . You will definitely go back again and again if you try his food . Everything on his menu is amazing! Great prices and food really is so Good.

Tonight the guy was working alone, and still provided great food, polite customer service, and good music with a smile on his face... All in a timely manner when he got a late night rush. Definitely recommend to any and everyone, as their menu has options for everyone. This is now our family's favorite local taco truck spot. THANK YOU for the food.

First time purchasing from here and any food truck. I saw a co worker eating chicken tacos and they looked and smell delicious! They told me about this place! These were the best tasting flautas I’ve had in my life!! ???Im excited to show friends and family about this hidden gem! ? Anyone reading this, will not regret coming here! Not only was the food delicious and amazing but family behind that food truck is just as amazing! The owners made me feel at home I’m forever grateful to meet them and ran across someone eating them because then I would have never heard on this place! Support family owned food truck! You need to come here! I can’t wait to try everything else on their menu! Especially their tacos!! ?

Amazing food! We tried their Carne Asada tacos and hard shredded beef tacos combo (#4) ? Delicious! Fresh onions & cilantro on the street tacos. Jamaica was spot on!

Parking: Located near Peoria & Grand. Has maybe 5 parking spots in the same lot as the food truck. Other spots you may have to find on the street and do a walk to the food truck
