This has been my local grocery store for over a decade. All stores can be competitive with prices but few can compete with good service. From the butchers to the deli to the bakery, the service in this store is exceptional and I will not change grocers over a few dollars. They know me and I know them and they will get you anything you need. The butchers are my favorite. From custom cuts to special orders, they will get you anything you need.
Clean and great customer service
Way safe
Purchase fruit on Sunday April 7th went to wash them on the 8th and all three containers of raspberries blueberries and blackberries were moldy.
Be careful with this stores delivery. I received someone elses order. Which included their receipt with billing address and the last 4 of their credit card.We have had numerous issues with the delivery itself along with the items chosen for groceries picked.
Always a calm environment and rarely crowded.
i was going to buy some Sushi later today but the lady who makes the sushi was gone for almost 20 minutes and she left her sushi on the counter raw while she was gone I put the sushi back and was like no thank you , great way to get food poisoning !!!!!!
This Safeway has very good customer service! Good parking layout and reasonable prices.
Had a lot of different items that I usually can't find at other stores, so it was a nice treat. Store is always clean and friendly staff.
I just love how my total was $16.01. I inserted $20.01 into the self checkout machine, only for your stupid machine to forget to do basic math. Stupid thing spit out $3.99. Safeway, fix this problem.

Went to get Chicken strips and fried chicken for our guests. It was awful. It was over done and very dry!!! Our guests had to chisel the coating off to get to the chicken. Not happy!!! I shop here often but maybe not anymore. I apologized several times to our guests... for 32.90 It was definitely not worth it.
I had the worst experience with one guy today. He was a bald white guy named Chris M. He worked at the meat section. I was polite when asking his if he could cut a meat vertically and he's says I can but are you sure you're gonna buy it. I ask him to double check the meat if this is the correct meat on the paper ad. He says no and that another batch will be available in 1hr or so. I said okay thank you. My mother who isn't a English native speaker proceed to take the meat because she previously bought the same meat before the other say with our sister in law and the coupon deal worked. Thinking this "Chris" guy probably don't know since it worked previously before. This "Chris" guy then proceeds to complain to his female coworker that they don't listen right that they're gonna just bring it to the front and that it isn't going to be the correct one and that I'm gonna be the one who has to put it back. He said it so rudely and loud thinking no one heard him except his coworker, but I did. I gave him a piece of my mind for talking so condescending and rudely. And that if he had a problem he should of privately complained to himself QUIETLY. I get that you can complain because people mistake items all the time, which of course you work at a grocery store. People are going to return incorrect items all the time. But it's NOT YOUR JOB to complain and be rude to random people asking a simple question. Plus my mom doesn't speak English well, so do NOT mock her with your tone. I talked to the manager but it was the typical oh he's never talked like this before, no lady it's because he NEVER got caught or no customer would speak out about it. I'm not the type to speak up ever, but for him to rudely treat older people like this with simple questions is unpalatable.
I go into the store and grab a cart. ?. Stoles into the store for the wipes, again none at the podium. In the last month this is probably been the eighth time that they’re not been on there. Then I see a worker with curly hair which is name tag and I try to get his attention. He had his earbuds in. He didn’t even hear me, and I was literally 5 feet away from him his back was turned on me. He didn’t even hear me. So I asked the manager on duty, which was Destiny and she went and said that she would correct the situation. But she never did she walked off. She did get me the wipes, though which was great of her. And I hope that she will correct the situation with all the workers from here on out because a lot of the workers , they will tell you I’m not on duty, but I can show you or tell you where it’s at. Otherwise I like shopping here. And besides when I called the store and was transferred to the gas station to find out the price of gas I young man said that he couldn’t give me that information. So, I ended up driving there and not getting gas anyways. It was $.30 more than the gas station just a 1/4 mile away.
Better than most. Still lacking sale items! Had not been in a while, but was disappointed yet again. With Frys buying out Albertsons, I really don’t expect to see any type of improvement as Frys is even worse. Arizona needs a new grocery chain that isn’t ultra cheap or expensive; just a store that doesn’t false advertise and keeps their shelves stocked on a regular basis.
My fiance bought me roses for my birthday and immediately the peddles fell off and 1 of the roses was even cut. Horrible. Check out was quick, but the staff are not friendly here.
