Scary situation… Unfortunately the chicken in the chicken wrap I ordered was not cooked. Took a bite and realized I was chewing on something slimey. Opened up the wrap to inspect it and most if not all of the chicken was still extremely pink and wet. Ended up having to throw away my food.
Please cook your meat thoroughly. This could result in someone getting extremely sick.

I do not write reviews, but I did want to share my experience that I had tonight with Sophia and the other staff working at her location tonight around 8pm.
I had left with my two salads, and one spilled all over my car which was totally my fault. I had returned to purchase another salad to replace the one that flew all over my car. I told the girl taking my order that I did not need another dressing since I had mine from before, I just spilled my salad. Sophia took care of me at the window and totally turned my night around by taking care of me with a new salad. Even if this is company policy, her professionalism and customer service is why I am writing this review.
I always have great service at this location.

I ordered a Mediterranean breakfast burrito, red salsa, green salsa, and iced tea. For $5.45
The tea tasted like dirt. The green salsa was very fresh, Herby, and a bit sour, in a good way. The red salsa was fresh and I liked the pureed consistency but it was very onion forward. The burrito was large and fresh. Definitely worth the $3.34. However, I was expecting cooked spinach and it was not. Barely had two chunks of avocado, needed salt, very little feta, and it wasn't even warm.
Next time I'd try a different burrito. While it sounds like complaints, it's more so just not what I expected.

I come here almost daily and spend $60 in salads for my family and myself and recently have not gotten Cesar dressings, forgot to put chicken in one of my kids salads when I am paying extra and the previous time they forgot to put a boiled egg in one of my salad also, which I paid extra for. Went there again today and let them know and was told that they couldn’t do nothing about it, I would’ve just appreciated something back but was told there was nothing they could do.😐
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, they gave it to me as a salad. The blue cheese was so watered down. Some if the chicken was fatty or had grissel. The blueberry basil lemonade used to be my favorite. It tasted like you changed the formula or was a bad batch for the day. It was awful. The lunch line was long and I just could not wait around. I have complained before and stopped going. Then I try again, only to be disappointed. Where has you quality gone? I really miss the the way things used to be.

I have always gone there to get a wrap with no issues. Then this weekend in the evening met a rude and biased male staff who kept joking with my order..I ask for the wrap then he says if I’m ordering a caesar salad or another salad. He either did not try to understand my order or did not want to serve me. The jokes are good for him but bad for the business.
