The people are nice but the price and the food are just not good. $40 for 2 salads and 3 soups that were both just not good. Will not be returning.

Me and my husband came in today and let me just start off by saying potato soup highly recommend. The salads taste fresh and delicious. Price was great perfect actually for the amount of food and taste you get. Staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.. Thank you for offering a place where you can eat healthy and not brake the bank.

Was really good when 1st opened but the last few months they changed things and now they are just expensive salad and go. Disappointed. I was going here once a week.
*update* After I posted this review, I was contacted by Dennis. Here's his response in photos. I lowered my service stars to 2 now

Crazy disappointed in Salad World. When they first opened, they were awesome! Salads were pricey, but good and they gave decent toppings. Staff was nice and efficient. Now, the salads are not worth the money. If you order a bowl, regular or large salad, they still put the same amount of toppings on each. Example, a small spoonful of a topping, regardless of the salad size. One spoon of corn is cool on a regular, but one spoon on a large is pathetic. What are those 7 kernels gonna do for me on a large salad?! They used to do 2 spoonfuls on a large for reference. FYI, the owner says, times are tough so they need to be frugal. Sir, no. Loyal customers became loyal because your salads were semi-worth the money and you treated us good. I have been going there at least once a week for many months. And it is a half hour round trip! I definitely will not be going back. I know I am not the only long time customer that is annoyed with them now. I am gonna take my happy butt right on back to salad & go. Such a shame cause I love supporting small businesses and had real high hopes for them.

This place is wonderful. I was just telling my husband that there are no salad places or no salad bars around anymore. I don't like fast food salads, I remembered that this place was open and I decided to stop in. Such a great variety of literally everything, A lot of the dressings are made in house and everything is delicious.I can't even believe this place is here. I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach because I got a medium, and it's going to have to be for Lunch and dinner. I like a lot of dressing on my salads. So I asked him for extras, and told him I would definitely pay the extra because I know that costs the company more. He let me try a few different things before I got them.So I would know what to get. It says on the receipt that Brandon
S helped me and he deserves a raise, This was my first time coming here, and he was so patient, and so informative. I don't know what these other people are complaining about, Everything was fresh and nothing was wilted. It comes with fresh bread and butter. They have a rewards program as well, and also something for birthdays. He also explained that to me at the cash register. It was pretty dead at the time and I think more people need to come and try this place out.I'm going to tell everybody I know about this place. I will never eat at salad and go again, In fact, I have not eaten there in over two years because their chicken, is squishy and gross. And after what my friend told me the other day, bleach. I can't say Enough, good things about this place and the service. Thank you so much! You have a customer for life and if you ever close i'm going to cry!!

Priced high for low amount of salad and toppings. They used to be better, but apparently they need to charge more. They also took away their good coupons and offer less amount of each topping on a salad. AND their new staff is lack luster at best. They no longer verify if you want all the toppings on their "special salads" and when they do interact, they are rude. Fun fact, it costs $.60 for a small spoonful of cucumbers; like a slice worth. They over charge and are rude when you tell them why you don't agree with the changes. We were called selfish and apparently we should be ashamed for having an opinion lol. If they changed their business model and actually stayed stocked up on fresh lettuce and toppings (never have any dang bell peppers) they could do great things. But I don't see that happening any time soon. Shame cause I used to go here 1-3x a week and dropped about $30 each time cause we own a small business and LOVE to support local small businesses. Won't give them my hard earned cash anymore. Do better Salad World. 🤷‍♀️

I was enjoying my weekly visits to this place but thing's changed the last few times I went. The staff is not as friendly, they got my salad wrong and the toppings on my large salad were very skimpy compared to before. I left a reveiw on Google and that warranted a response from Dennis, wich I included in my reveiw. Go take a look at what Dennis had to say! I left my original reveiw but I did lower the customer service stars on Dennis's behalf.

I've been a few times and there's been absolutely no consistency. The employees are rushed and rude. There's a particular woman who isn't very kind or welcoming and she's been there twice when I've gone in. Sometimes they will give you lots of toppings and sometimes it will be a tiny dash. I've been allowed to upgrade my small soup to a large in my combo twice, but not the third time. I wasn't finished putting toppings on my salad, which I agreed to pay the 50 cent fee for extra toppings, and the woman snapped my box closed and walked away from me to start the next order. Also, four toppings is not a build your own salad. For the prices, everything should be more consistent and just more in general. The owners need to retrain staff. The ingredients are fresh and soup is very delicious, doesn't make up for the lack of anything else.

Think the chipotle or the subway of salads. Toppings and options galore. The portion size is astonishing while the cost is fare. Everything was clean and fresh.
