Ordered my pizza online waited 45 minutes to go to the store to get it. When I get there they can see him could be waiting at the counter for a pizza and no one's acknowledging me. Then after four passes by me The girl with the blonde hair and glasses says they'll help you at the cash register. There's four people in front of me that are ordering. I'm here just to pick up my order that guess that it is ready right below the shelf 2 in from my hand. They tried to make me wait which would have been about an extra 40 minutes for the other people to finish making their orders at the register. So my question is what is the point of ordering online if I'm just going to come and buy an attitude and then be told I'm going to wait that much longer so my pizza is ice cold when I get it.

I mean seriously the manager of the restaurant how does this make sense if I order online come down to pick up my order and then hey wait in line behind all the people ordering their pizzas even though you already ordered and your pizza is sitting here ready but we want to play control games. That's what this was control games clear OCD.

From the second you walk in you can feel it. All the other review seem to back my review up.

I suggest you let go of those two employees before you lose your restaurant.

I ordered lunch special. Sliced pizza wings and drink. I called in my order. The man thay answered was so nice and asked if i would like to eat in. I told him I would be there in 15min and he made sure everything was hot & fresh when I came in. I have been going to Sardellas since i was a kid and not much has changed. Delicious pizza and wings. Drinks always taste good like machine is cleaned regularly. I was here a couple days ago. Got a búffalo chicken 🍕 BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA!!! SO YUMMY & FRESH!! Everyone must try this place. Service and food is always great!!!

Sardella’s is my favorite pizza. Their $10 pizza special is perfect and affordable for my family! I can’t even make it home with the garlic knots , my children are eating them before I can even get home. The employees are super friendly even when they are swamped.

Nothing special. High prices for bad pizza $20 for a pizza with just pineapple. What?

They offer Large Peperoni pizza for $10.99 and penalize you and charge $20.00 if you want half cheese and half Peperoni. The recipe also has changed. The pizza has no taste to it.

Just being honest the pizza isnt worth the price paid $67 for take out so not delivery for 1 pizza 20 wings and garlic knots and the garlic knots didnt even have any garlic the pizza wasnt the best part of the whole experience was definitely the wings the gold wings were on point with it

SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT WELCOME. MUST SIT ON PATIO IN TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT! I do not recommend this place. We left to go someplace else where our service dog would be welcome. I will never go back here.

I ordered two salads and a large Sardella's Super Thin combo pizza for delivery. The salads were great and the pizza was good but it was barely even warm when we received it. I had to microwave it to warm it up. The thin crust pizza is not crispy it was more under done and could stand to be cooked a little longer.
