Sardella's Pizza & Wings

SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT WELCOME. MUST SIT ON PATIO IN TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT! I do not recommend this place. We left to go someplace else where our service dog would be welcome. I will never go back here.

I ordered two salads and a large Sardella's Super Thin combo pizza for delivery. The salads were great and the pizza was good but it was barely even warm when we received it. I had to microwave it to warm it up. The thin crust pizza is not crispy it was more under done and could stand to be cooked a little longer.

Delicious Pizza. Great atmosphere

I bought the two cheese pizza combo with a drink lunch special. The smell of the cheese instantly reminded me of cheap Mac and cheese. The dough is bland, barely any sauce and it had zero flavor. The cheese was cheap and tasted horrible. I used to love Sardella’s years ago. I cannot believe how it changed. Whatever I took a couple bites of cannot call itself pizza. The drink was the best part of the meal unfortunately.

Always delicious. The pizza and wings are very good which says alot because it is always good regardless of the staff working. I myself have never been inside and had a rude experience and saying extra sauced and crispy wings never falls short. Been coming to this location for years and will continue to.

It took a while to get our lunch specials. It would have been nice to know this when we placed our orders. The quality of the pizza was good and enjoyed the Christian music.

Came in because I got a coupon for a buy one/get one free pizza. Got two large all meat pizzas. The first thing I noticed was they bang their customers for the 3% credit card fee, so I paid cash. It was still just shy of $30! Once home the pizza was just blah, absolutely nothing spectacular. If two pizzas weren’t worth $30, I can’t imagine one would be!! Tried it, didn’t like it, I won’t be back.

Picked up pizzas for football Sunday. They smelt like a sour dish rag. Threw them out and went to Ray’s. Wasn’t interested in replacing or complaining…what’s the use. Also, the pizzas looked just like the awful pictures you see on all the other reviews below. Terrible…a few toppings in the center, and a 5” crust. Don’t waste your money.

Dan behind the counter was horrible. They run a special for a large pepperoni pizza for $10, I asked if they can leave off the pepperoni on half of the pizza and he said they would not honor the special unless the pizza had full pepperoni?? I could see if I was adding a topping but I was asking to just leave off half of the pepperoni. He was very sarcastic and had a poor attitude. This will be my last visit to Sardellas.

Seriously??? I don't know how this place is in business. Flavorless, terrible crust, doughs like bread, if you want cheap.. you'll get it here. It's possibly the worst pizza in my entire life.
Asked for extra sauce because I love flavor... barely any sauce and flavorless.

The internal store is really nice, and while not quite like the flagship in central Peoria, the location is spacious and open. The service was abysmal. I came into the store at 3:02 PM to an empty store. The one preparer was working on a large 30 pizza order. He did not know how to take my order, so he ended up having to call for the manager, Skylar. Skylar and the preparer were talking about non-work things and was distracted during the transaction. I did not receive a receipt at that point despite asking for it. I was quoted a wait time of 15 minutes (and as I was the only customer there, that was reasonable).

About 7 minutes later, another gentleman came in to order, and they took his order and quoted him the same time. His order came out before mine did! I come up to the counter at 3:20 PM and asked was my order ready yet and called? The male cook still conversing with Skylar gasped and then quickly put in a pizza meant for the 30 pizza order and then said it would be an additional 10 without apology.

The pizza came out at 3:30 PM, and Skylar handed me the pizza while still talking about nonwork matters with the cook. The pizza was not well-prepared as pictured. I am offended that I was the only customer, yet my order was served after someone else came in later and received their order without an apology.
