Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

Monique, Alejandra and Norma are the reasons why the dinner and night went amazing. Due to their outstanding customer service we will return again. They all need raises asap!!

Food was excellent, service was excellent. This was our second time coming to the restaurant, first time bringing our children. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back again when we are in Pheonix!!

Food was fair. Were able to accommodate a large party of 20. Would have liked to had more of a variety of steaks and more food brought out.

Food was good but the selection of meats they offered was limited. We had to ask for chicken as none was brought around for at least 30 minutes. The tast of what we had was excellent. The lady that waited on our table was snotty. She opened the cover to the check while it was laying on the table in front of me to make sure I'd put tip on the check. Rude in my way of thinking. The servers for the meats were very nice and kind.

We loved our experience for our first year anniversary. Our waitress was beautiful inside abd out. We had a great time and enjoy the food. Having a variety of meat and salad bar.

We enjoyed our experience very much. There was a huge variety of foods and meats. The desserts were wonderful. The staff kept our drinks and plates full.

My family and I like to eat at Brazilian Steakhouses when we travel. How can you not like an all you can eat meat menu with table side service? On our last trip to Arizona we were looking for options and found Serra Gaucha just a few minutes down the road. We had never been to this particular restaurant before and even though it was unfamiliar, we decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed.

Most Brazilian steakhouses do very well with all of their cuts of meat, but we have found some to serve pork and chicken very dry. This particular steakhouse did an absolutely wonderful job with these two cuts of meat. The bacon wrapped portions were very juicy, and the flavor was fantastic and the chicken that came with the Parmesan was equally as juicy and delicious.

The service was great and the anti-pasta bar was what you would expect from a Brazilian steakhouse. Be sure to try their version of an Arnold Palmer, which is lemonade and tea mixed together, with just a slight twist. We found that Brazilian steakhouses don’t do lemonade, but they do limeade and tea so my son and I have affectionately called this drink the Gregg Palmer.

Overall, this was a great experience and if we visit the area again, we will be back.

Absolutely amazing customer service, and the steaks? Incredible!!! Miguel and Alejandra were our waitress and they were more than in point!.
Always checking our drinks, what we would like on terms of steaks terms and cuts, anything we wanted they bring it.

For the price you can get more flavor, but it's a different experience so if you don't want just a regular steak dinner this would be a good alternative.

This place is great! It is more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but it is so worth it! Unlimited delicious meats of all kinds. Different cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb all delivered to your table on some type of sword (or rotisserie spit maybe) and then cut off in slices onto your plate. There's also tons of other amazing Brazilian foods that have no end, like fried bananas (my favorite), cheese bread (my favorite), grilled white cheddar cheese drizzled with honey(also my favorite, it sounds strange but it's so dang good!!!). Everything here is my favorite! It's an experience.

What a phenomenal experience. Food was delicious and staff made sure you were taken care of! If you leave hungry, no idea how you would!! They make sure to get whatever you need. Food cooked to perfection. Desserts were devine and something to brag about! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Nice restaurant but we felt it was overpriced. $160 for 2 people ( one drink each) - a lot

loveeeee this place. my only complaint is there were only 2 other parties there the entire time and we were seated directly next to them which was not ideal especially for the price we are paying
