The menu shows many meat offerings. We had to practically beg to get the Lamb. We asked 4 different waiters if we could get some lamb. Each of them asked how we would like it cooked. We told them medium rare. Finally after 50 minutes they brought out 2 small pieces of lamb that were medium well. There were 2 different types of lamb on the menu. When we asked for the lamb steak, we were told that it is exactly the same as the leg of lamb pieces they already sent out. That's not what it said on their menu! We also asked for the Ribeye that was listed on their menu. One server told us that it is not included. When I pointed out that it was listed on their website menu they decided they did have it! About 20 minutes later they came out with what they said was ribeye, but actually seemed like just another piece of top sirloin. Full disclosure, I am a chef and work with meat every day. Our server was very nice and did the best she could under these circumstances. These problems were truly out of her control. At the end of it all, many servers kept coming to our table to ask if they could do anything else for us. I appreciate their effort but it was a little late. My suggestion for anyone who likes lamb or ribeye is to request it as soon as you are seated. They don't seem to offer these without request and the portion sizes for these items are tiny.

Didn't like the you guys staff who makes you feel unwelcome.No one here acted professionalI had to flag down food servers 60% of the timeMe and my party had our green cards up the whole time we were there and hardly had any food come to us. I left very hungry. I only weight 160pds. I was frustrated with this place not providing food and they would avoid us. At some point they purposely stop coming to our table. The servers just stood and watched us with empty plates. The worse restaurant experience ever. For the price we paid . It wasn't even worth it.

Lovely food and service at Serra Gaucha. Brazilian steakhouse fare: loved the lamb, tri-tip and the house special. I enjoyed the black beans and rice and of course the Pao de queijo! It is so cheesy chewy.

Salad bar was sparse and all the meat was way over cooked. Shrimp tasted “not fresh” Way over priced. Meal for two with only one glass of wine was over 120 bucks. I feel like I could have paid a lot less and gotten better quality food.

We made a reservation for 530, didn't get seated until 6 o'clock. What's the point of a resevation? Only got one refill of water, and we had to get a waitress, who wasn't ours, attention just to get that. When we finished eating, we sat for another 15-20 minutes just waiting on our check, so we left. We did go back the next day and pay, but y'all gotta do better. The garlic parmesan chicken was dry, the honey bbq ribs didn't taste like honey or bbq, pork was alright, and the top sirloin was the best thing next to the salad bar. We've ate here more than a few times and have never had service like this. Unacceptable.

We had an 8:15 reservation we got there and checked in 10 mins early. We didn’t get seated until after 9:15. Once seated It took about 10 mins to get a server, 20 minutes to get a drink and we had to ask 3 times for the other drink they finally brought out. They never brought us the bread. They never came around with the filet and meats were all over cooked and very small slices. They sat us at a bar area table so they didn’t come by very often with the meats. When the bill came I glanced at it and set my card in the folder and he came back after running it with a paid copy of a different tables bill (paid with my card) They reversed it which was fine, but that took them a while to do. Don’t waste your time with this place.

(I GUESS A PRIOR RESERVATION WEEKS IN ADVANCE DOES NOT MATTER?) My family and I left after a substantial amount of time waiting. I will stick to Fogo De Chao or Ruth Chris, where reservations/customers are valued, dress attire is considered and atmosphere is way better. Very disappointed as a first time customer, will never visit this establishment again.

Worst decision was to book a reservation here! They will give up your spot. I had a 8:45 pm reservation for Valentine’s Day for me and my date and they told me it would be an additional a hour and half more of a wait!! I will never come to this establishment again and I’m telling all my friends and family to never go here! Plain white tables clothes. Boring decor with hospital lighting. Never again
