Half of the items from Ala carte were not available. I ordered signature burger and Chicken tikka boti. The burger was by far the worst one I have ever had. Tikka boti was average. The service was also average. The only thing that was good was the ambience. Overall it is not something that I would recommend to anyone at any cost.

The praise that Signature Cafe staff deserves cant be expressed in words by me. I reserved a dinner for 18 people and did not even had to arrive before time to check the arrangements as I got confirmation call 2 Hrs prior and they arranged everything. Their male staff member at rooftop counter was very helpful and guided me in reducing many items as I was ordering to be on a safer side but he guaranteed me about the quantity and it turned out to be perfect. The food is good and the staff could not be worst. They have the most rude staff, specially their Manager, Mr. Luqman is extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff really really needs a lot of training on how to talk to and behave with customers. Based on the customer service experience, I would strongly recommend NOT to visit this place. The cups were extremely dirty and we had to request the manager 6 times before we got served our tea.

I had a horrible experience at Safeway it ruined my entire day!! One of the cashiers there was so rude to me and my family I could not buy my groceries. The service was horrible I had to put my own bags in the cart for starters and the cashier was rude the entire time I asked him to leave me alone because I’m pregnant and I just lost my grand father, he then called someone to suspend my transaction just to further pick on me. I asked the lady not to suspend my transaction because I am not waiting in line again. Long story short I had to ask for a manager and when the manger came he accused me of stealing just to make himself look better I gave back $200 dollars worth of groceries and asked for a refund I completely wasted my time there. This man had no reason to have animosity towards me he obviously didn’t like the fact that my shirt said BLACK LIVES MATTER and didn’t want to properly assist me. If you’re going to shop here don’t wear Black Lives Matter attire unless you want to be treated like crap
