I have had many mint cakes in my lifetime for my birthday since I was a little boy and let me tell you this was by far the best one I have ever had in my 58 years of life !!! My only regret was that I did not order a 2 layer one !!
It brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of all the mint cakes my folks bought for me as a child and how much I enjoyed them but this cake took it to a whole new level !! Thanks for making my birthday special with one of your cakes !! Please don’t stop making the mint cakes !!!

Extremely overpriced for the quality and flavor.

Went in for some already available pastries, And honestly was extremely disappointed.

The quality was just as the pastries from Fry’s Bashes ,Walmart, ECT. The frosting tasted identical to the ones from these Corporate chain ones and I hate when small business bakeries use that canned strawberry jam filling that tastes more like a toothpaste fluoride than an actual homemade jam. The bread was extremely dense and dry.

The point is you can really taste the difference between corporate made bakery goods and real homemade unique bakery taste, and this definitely all tasted corporate.

I will stick to my Random bakers off the Internet (tiktok , instagram, fb) .. because it really seems like you can’t find an actual decent great tasting Bakery anymore.

Silver Rose Bakery was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the first interaction, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun, providing detailed information and quick responses to all of our questions. They did an outstanding job on both our wedding cake and dessert table - everything was not only delicious, but beautifully presented and a huge hit with our guests. The level of detail and care they put into their work was evident in the final products, which were truly perfect. We loved how they added the florals and dog toppers to our wedding cake the placement was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Silver Rose Bakery to any couple planning their special day or any event in general!!

Edit since I can’t reply directly: To clarify, I did not request a refund through this review. I shared my experience so other customers are aware of how orders are handled.

This was not a last-minute order — it was placed three days in advance through your official online ordering system. In the special instructions, I clearly stated that if coconut was not available, the order should be canceled.

If coconut was not available for this type of cake, that was known well before delivery day and should have been communicated earlier. Instead, I was contacted only minutes before delivery and told cancellation was not possible because the driver was already on the way, leaving me no real option.

Regardless of policy language, waiting until the last moment to address a clear instruction — and then proceeding anyway — is exactly the type of experience reviews are meant to reflect.

Original post: I was notified only 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery that the coconut cake I ordered was unavailable. I was asked if I wanted a replacement, but when I said I’d prefer to cancel the order and be refunded, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the driver was already on the way — essentially forcing me to accept and pay for a substitute I didn’t want. To make matters worse, the cake tasted horrible. Very disappointed with both the service and quality.

Silver Rose Bakery is an absolute gem! They made the **cutest blue smash cake** for my daughter’s first birthday, and it was even more perfect than I imagined. The design was adorable, beautifully done, and photographed like a dream. On top of that, the cake tasted amazing—soft, fresh, and not overly sweet, which was perfect for a little one. The bakery itself is so charming and welcoming, and you can truly tell how much care and love they put into their work. We received so many compliments! I couldn’t recommend Silver Rose Bakery more for special occasions—such a sweet experience all around 💙🎂✨

I ordered three mini cakes and a variety of cake pops for my husband’s birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the marble cake was inedible . . . It was so dry that it literally crumbled like sand. The frosting was awful. Similar to other reviews, it tasted like Crisco. The cake pops were fine- nothing to write home about, but people ate them. Super disappointed with this bakery and will definitely not be returning.

We ordered the lemon raspberry cake for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. The cake was okay. It was a little dry and could have used more lemon flavoring. The texture of the cake was a little course. The service was excellent and everyone was very nice.

Silver Rose Bakery absolutely delivered. The pistachio cake was gorgeous, super moist, and packed with real pistachio flavor. The cannoli was crisp and delicious, and the chocolate cream tart was rich and perfectly balanced. They even added a freebie treat, which was such a nice touch.

Amazing presentation, great service, and everything tasted incredible. Highly recommend!

When our baker had an emergency this adorable local bakery saved the day and created this galaxy cake for our 8 year old within a couple of hours. They saved the day forms and made out boy so happy. Thank you, Melissa!
