3rd visit and last. 1st visit carry out order was wrong. 2nd time manager replaced my 1st order. 3rd order asked for sauce on the side. I learned enough from 1st order being wrong to check my order before leaving. Sure enough, no sauce. Waited forever for sauce. Finally got it myself from the window. Ok… so front of house needs some improvement. But that is not all… Started to eat my burger at home and discovered it was not only layered with cheese, but also a sheet of paper cooked in. Problems in the kitchen too. I’m done with this location.

I loved coming to SmashBurger after a long day at the lake! It’s a nice cooling environment and the staff here are so nice and welcoming. Food also tasted great, I love French fries.

Didn’t even get to order waiting for 15 mins (no line) quote they were working on a big order they had BIG attitude. Probably should take care of your customer that come through the door. Poor service

This is for the happy valley center smashburger. The staff was garbage. Seemed like they are on drugs. Need to fire them all and start over. Luckily I don’t live on this side of town. Had to ask for my beer, my friend had to ask for his shake. I saw another lady grab her own food.

I recently visited your location and I was very disappointed? No communication as had to sit and watch multiple employees stand around.
I ordered and then sat and watch my food die in the window for at least 8 minutes. I finally got the courage to ask if certain food items were mine at the expo. Plus my shake was made last after I ate my burger. It's like the employees there were lifeless and hated there jobs.

No matter how long in advance you order, you will always be waiting +20mins and cooks are always high smoking carts. Just shut down at this point and make room for better food.

Bad place needs new management. Food is not good doooo not go there save your money and time

Went in today at 702pm and the employee told us they were unable to make half the menu no doubles, no bbq, mushroom, jalapeño, and bacon burgers. They were closing up and wanting to keep everything clean even though they didn't close for another 2 and a half hours. We drove 25 minutes since this is the closest one to our house. Very disappointed. The burger was not good and fries were cold. I was so excited cause this was one of my favorite places to get a burger. Never again!!!!

“$4.30 Large sweet potato fries” were a small pile overcooked and crunchy on the burger try, didn’t get the cup of fries that they’re supposed to come in

I’ve been here 10 years and watched the 4 corners area grow from back when sprouts was a Best Buy. Smash burger was good 8 years ago and it’s amazing they’re even still there. Save yourself waiting for a refund for a soggy $8 burger. Let this place die so we can get some good food.
