Food was good.
Service ok, but its the generation that can't socialize with people.
Thank you Covid for that making these kids anti-social. Raising Canes was the same way.
Parking is terrible.
Drove around for 10 minutes just to try it out.
Liked the burgers and tots.

Not only was my order wrong, it was terrible. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Smash Burger & I got a bacon cheeseburger with a side of BBQ sauce. It sucked. It was easily the worst burger I’ve ever had. I also ordered a side of cheesy Mac. Instead I got a cheesy Mac smash burger, which wasn’t even edible if I wanted to eat that instead of the nasty, bacon cheeseburger. The paper wrap was literally stuck to the entire sandwich. When I tried to pull the paper away from the sandwich, a thin layer of paper stayed attached to the entire outside edges. It looked like something somebody sat on, threw in the dumpster, pulled back out & stuck it in our takeout order.

What a complete waste of $40 and our time. By appearance alone, none of it was even worth taking it back to get the correct food we ordered.

They have good hamburgers. Their tomatoes, lettuce, onions and jalapeños are fresh and taste good on their burgers and chicken. They have quite a good selection of add ons to their hamburgers and to their chicken sandwiches. Their burgers are juicy and tasty.
I really like their shoestring fries.
The pictured hamburgers are $4.99 each.

My experience at Smashburger was okay overall. It was extremely busy when ordering, which made the line a bit stressful, but the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the truffle mushroom burger, which had good flavor but was very greasy, taking away from the experience.

Bad service, took 8 minutes for someone to come to the counter and they were on their phone. Took 30 min to receive our order when it was not busy at all. Didn’t receive one of the items I ordered. Terrible service

Love smashburger’s food! But this particular Smashburger is TERRIBLE! I went into this Smashburger 20 minutes before they closed and no one was at the register. I waved to the employees from the kitchen window, but they just acted like they didn’t see me. I called twice while standing in there, just to be ignored. Pathetic!

This Smashburger location is the best I have been to in the Valley. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and the service by Mia was above and beyond.
