I order 2 big reds2 French toast they charge me for 3 big reds 2 French toast then the manager comes out rude and says reorder and he will cancel the wrong one but he can’t and now I paid for 2 orders and only got one I called sonic and the rep was dummer than the manager and he was horrible along with waiting so long to bring our order it was cold this sonic sucks and I won’t go back you got my money twice so your bottom line has mire not happy with this place. I’ll go to mckdonalds and no headach sonic is bad

I love this Sonic so much BUT none of their stalls work properly. Some stalls you can't hear, some stalls the card reader doesn't work. It's the only sonic we like so please fix your stalls!!!! ♥️

I had a great experience at Sonic recently, and I have to give a big shoutout to Manuel Campos! He brought my food out with a huge smile and was gliding on roller skates like a pro. It’s not every day you see that kind of energy and effort. Manuel was super friendly, fast, and made sure everything in my order was perfect. It’s little things like that that make the visit memorable. Great service, great food—I’ll definitely be back!
