I had never been to this location and I'm glad we stopped in because the food was wonderful! It was fresh and delicious! The service was fast and easy to navigate ordering! The staff we interacted with could be slightly more friendly and inviting but other than a less than chipper car hop we really enjoyed our late night bite!

not very smart employees here. came to pick up my order and had to tell her my name 5 times until she heard me. she kept asking the name of the order when i was telling her. maybe she needs to not text while helping customers. customer service isn't what it used to be. these days they hire kids who text during work. not so good for customer service.

This Sonic location has always been pretty positive consistently. Tonight our carhop was just a fantastic young man. If the receipt was correct it was Adrian and he was very friendly and respectful. He deserves a huge pat on the back. All of the food tasted good but his great customer service skills were the cherry on top!

This specific day was not a good experience for me. I think the staff was having a rough day and the sound system was hard to hear through. Sorry you were all having a rough day. I love the foot longs cheese coneys, anything with taters, and their chicken wraps, and cheese burgers are fantastic !

It's frustrating to speak clearly to the Menu/order board and you not sure if the staff can hear you and if they are still there. Even when I opted to go to the pick up windows I had to repeat LIMEAID several times. And the food isn't cheap. Maybe I will just stop coming to Sonic. Why should I???

Stopped by this location today on a whim after eating nearby for two milkshakes. No one was in the drive thru and only about two cars parked in a stall. Attempted to order a banana and strawberry milkshakes. We were told they were out of banana so I ordered a vanilla, it took forever to even pay and talk to a cashier and even longer for the milkshakes. Vibe is basic you’re in your car. Prices are decent. Don’t think I’d frequent this location.

never go here.. i have gone here MULTIPLE times giving them chances to make my drink right. all they have done is messed up all my drink orders it’s rediculous.

The past 2 times I came to this sonic and I would pay in cash. Both times it was the girl with the like multi-colored hair and she wouldn’t give back all of my change (only the cash and not the cents) I wouldn’t be saying anything if she was nice about it but she gave an annoyed look at me when I’d asked for the rest of my change and then when she would give it to me she would roll her eyes. They shouldn’t be keeping change for themselves when it’s my money.
Just saying the managers should have a talk with their employees to give costumers all their change back and not be stealing money from them.
I’m still going to come here but it’s unacceptable for that to be happening.

Used to like coming to Sonic but your screens and displays don't work anymore to take payments and such and they have to take things in side manually. The whole process has gotten snail slow and paying with a card makes it extra. Disappointing. Oh an no condiments for tots, syrup with French toast sticks? She didn't have that on her carry board so she's have to go inside a 3rd time to get that.
