Missing items. Forgot why I stopped going here. That is why. $52 order, which is a bit excessive for the order and still missed items. This place sucks.

Ordered on the mobile app. Ended up spending forty-three minutes there because although my order confirmed on screen and in the app, it 'disappeared' after. I spoke to a woman on the intercom about the issue, she said she'd look it up, then she seemingly told no one and just left me hanging longer. I flagged a fellow down who eventually assisted with a manager after a lot of back and forth. Got a shake that was more melty liquid than shake and some congealed buffalo bites. Messaged Sonic Guest services about the issue and got no reply. Not sure if it was an actual system glitch or the order was given to the wrong car initially, but the situation was nutty.

Decent, average fast food that has lots of offerings. Their all-day half-price happy hour on drinks through the app is great. One of my favorite things about Sonic is that they have Tots. I know when I have an itch for them, this where to go. This great place to be signed up with the app because they are regularly offering specials available only through there. Service is always good and friendly.
The only thing correct in the order was the drinks and tater tots. Ordered (2) Number 2 SuperSonic Double Cheeseburger Combos with no onions, Received (2) Single Cheeseburgers with a lot of onions. Both burgers were luke warm and dry, Ordered onion rings with one of the combos and got cheese sticks instead. This was a drive thru order and at the time we were the only one in line so the order could not have been mixed up. Of course the mistake was noticed after we got home. Not worth going back. Incorrect order, overcharged and piss poor food quality. Never again!
Ordered drive thru and was disgusted when I got home. My kid didn't want to eat it his chicken tenders and honestly wasn't going to force him. It was so dark as if it was cooked too long or if the oil was old. I also found a nose or Pubic looking hair in the Buffalo sauce ? this was after my second dip so now I feel like I have hair stuck in my throat. This is my first and last time. Honestly feel bad for the people that were eating in their car. They probably were eating nose hairs unknowingly in the dark. Stay away from the mystery sauce. It's pumped into the clear containers. The only positive was the girl taking my order was friendly. Whoever made food tonight 10/21 at this location needs to groom better when preparing food. Hair and burnt chicken tenders was not in my order! $30 down the drain and just grossed out!

We recently stopped by and got an order of tater tots, corn dog, cheeseburger and a cherry slushy.... The food was scrumptious and the service was stellar!!! Kudos Sonic!!!

I come here a lot and I always give them a tip and this visit was super disappointing. My onion rings were way over done and my hamburger as well. I hope next time they can pay attention to the cooking.
