This Starbucks is right by my house and usually they do alright.Today however I waited over 25 minutes for my second drink which was just a strawberry lemonade.No cars in the drive thru and a few people inside so not terribly busy. I understand if they were slammed.I received my coffee 10 minutes into ordering and had to wait an additional 18 minutes on top of that for my lemonade.I asked in between where my drink was and was given a reply that she was busy taking the trash out and would eventually help her coworker out to catch up.I understand a shift change but waiting that long for a drink is just terrible.

Was charged 3x for 1 coffee. Went back for refund on 2 occasions to only be charged again each time. Not refunded like they were supposed to do, will not be returning to this location.

First coming here the last three times no matter the time , they are out of the popular donuts . They have 5 people back there and one working !!!! I understand trying to save some money on not making to many donuts but this place is rediculous. Don't stay open all day of your not going to offer a full menu!!! It does nothing to complain but I will post on here every time this happens. Call it Dunkin Donuts Not Have Donuts instead.

Came early to occupy your work station! Plenty of spaces for remote workers if you come on the weekends. Very stable and fast internet. Super busy yet friendly employees. A busy work stations during the weekdays but not loud or annoying. It reminds me why Starbucks will exist forever unless no one needs to work remotely. ?
