Non-existent of greeting and borderline rude behavior at the counter when ordering made for a bad experience. Coffee as great as it is, will fail at poor customer service. We'll not be back to this location.

Unless you make your mobile order an hour in advance rather than being a normal customer coming in to order like the old days at the register.... you will literally wait that hour for your drinks. If you're not a mobile order customer you take zero presidency standing there patiently waiting. Just a pre-warning.

When you have an exclusive product, make sure you have plenty. 3 in one store in not acceptable. Especially when you call the day before and they tell you 8 will be available. Not too mention, waiting over an hour just to be disappointed.

Store made my Caramel Crunch Frap with Mocha instead of my customized order. No sweetener was added to the drink, huge waste of money.

It was FREEZING inside. The giant fan at the door was extremely loud every time me someone entered, sounded like it needs to be serviced. The noise of banging dishes etc was also very harsh. I was wondering why it was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon. Now I know why. I enjoy going to Starbucks, in general, but the noise jn here wirh the loud music made it impossible to enjoy it.

Starbucks Peoria is truly amazing the food is great the atmosphere is also great and the service is very fast I love coming here after church and the people are so nice that work there.
Bad experience and super disappointed. Lack of better words, Manager sucks and so does Slater. We have been coming to this store for a year at least 4 times a week and always order a milk with 2 pumps of Chai for 81 year old grandmother. Now Slater the new guy has decided to charge for a full chai which has 3 more shots of chai and more expensive. The staff even knows us and has our order rang up before we even order which was a great feeling and experience. When I told Slater that we’ve been coming for a year and get the milk that way, probably three times a week there he said very rude and arrogant “well you shouldn’t have been” I mentioned other Starbucks give us a milk and charge for 2 shots of chai and he said you can go to them but they shouldn’t do that. Very immature very unprofessional as well as when I ordered the milk with two pumps of chai he didn’t tell me at that time. He just chose to go ahead and give me a Chai Cost without letting me know up front prior to charge me. The manager was worthless and very disappointing how she handled it do better Starbucks. U just lost a loyal customer. We literally come to your store 4-5 times a week and also order food, no more. I think if Slater would have been professional about it as well as kind, it would have been different but he failed on all levels and allowed his ego to react. I would recommend the other Starbucks with in radius than this one. Big Fail 68th Ave and Happy Valley

I liked this Starbucks during this visit. It has a good atmosphere for me(maybe it was the caffeine?) it was a tad bit over refrigerated in true Phoenician style. Service was good it was just busy enough.
Always a pleasure to sit, sip coffee, surf the internet and feel cozy in a Starbucks bubble.
Stupid machine goads you into leaving a tip at the drive thru. Isn't their job to serve coffee at the drive thru? Ridiculous!
Always good coffee and pastries
I really recommend the 59th ave and Union Hills location over this one. Staff is incompetent and the girl Maddie gives off mean girl vibes with a horrible attitude.
