Finally the fall menu is out so excited to try everything! The staff here are always welcoming and very patient with me so many amazing options to choose from.

Best service I have ever received at a Starbucks. The barista working pick up orders went above and beyond. I told my wife about the service and she new exactly which barista I was talking about because she has had such a great experience too! Great job!

I'm not sure who took my order but not friendly at all and messed up my order.
This Starbucks is amazing! I've always gotten consistently excellent service here morning, afternoon, or evening. The Barista's here are friendly, and they all seem to care about the quality of the drink they hand out, which can sometimes feels like a rare trait in a coffeeshop nowadays.
If all you care about is getting your coffee and going on your way, this is still your stop, I've never waited here long!
TL;DR -The Barista's here are the magical unicorns of coffee, magestic, friendly, and quick!

Wow, a Starbucks that pulled all of its Espresso Machines offline before they closed for the evening. How does a coffee shop serve coffee during their hours of business if they shut off all of their machines 😡

I get that this location is busy, but without fail y'all forget the topping on my order and it comes with it... it's not anything extra... but my main problem is I order a venti in a personal starbucks venti cold cup... and this location NEVER has my cup full... I never have an issue other places... there's always only enough room to get the lid on but here thre us always an empty space... like they are inky give me a grande drink even if I ordered a venti. I go out of my way to not go to this location anymore. Which is unfortunate because it's closest to my home.

Staff needs some customer service training and store needs a cleaning and restock. Ill leave it at that.
Extremely friendly and welcoming greeting at this Starbucks every visit for the last few years coming here. I will be relocating away from the area and will dearly miss my baristas.

One of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They do such a great job at creating a welcoming environment. Every barista makes an effort and the drinks are always great!

I had a bad experience but calling the 1800 number didn't help. They said they would contact the store so it wouldn't happen again but didn't address my concerns.
I was hoping someone might actually help because I don't want to leave a negative review without someone at least trying to help first. Please feel free to contact.
The short story is that a member of the team was bagging an order for delivery. The lady was nice but couldn't get the lid secured on the drink. I even saw her placing the white circular tab on the opening. She then bagged it and sealed it.
During the drive, I made a normal turn and the contents shifted but didn't tip over. Still, I noticed the bottom of the bag getting wet so I picked it up and the contents poured into my lap and all over my seat. It doused my battery pack and phone but I was at least able to dry the phone with the extra napkins I picked up.
The lid was not even on the drink and the tab was not even fully covering the hole so there wasn't anything I could do. I always carry an extra drink carrier but it was too late by this point. First issue I've had, with a delivery or Starbucks unfortunately :(

Kaitlyn, the new girl is awesome. She knows her coffee. Very friendly.
As a former partner I was appalled at the quality of this overall experience. The store was dirty (trash overflowing, disgusting bathroom); there was no flow to the queue (customers just standing around); service was rushed (did not ask our name). The store clearly prioritizes drive thru traffic as there was no food display case and aside from waiting a long time for our order the atmosphere is not one you would choose to linger in.
