Employees are very rude and not helpful. Ordered a tea while three women were working and then stepped back to wait for my order. The three women went on talking for many minutes and I figured, hey I’m not in a rush or anything, they probably had to brew my tea and are waiting.
About five minutes goes by and the woman says, “Hey, your tea has been ready. I put it over there” in the meanest voice and points to the complete other counter. I literally apologized because I always do that, but she was so rude.
I was the only person at the store. She could’ve said my name or handed it to me. Especially after she realized I didn’t see her put it down.
Be a decent person.

We were here on a Thursday morning. There was no line, short wait for our food and drinks to be ready. I had the spicy falafel pocket which was good! The hot sauce that came with it was also very good.

Girl said I couldn’t use my rewards or points wym ? My mom tried talking to her bc we got the wrong drink and they would both ignore us like we know you can hear us I walked away and told my mom I don’t think she can hears us so she can hear.

Waited about 30 minutes for 2 drinks. We saw a line of drinks sitting on the counter but the workers wouldn't call anyone's names. There were 3 ladies working and I've never seen someone move so slow in my life. They held up the line. A quick coffee grab turned into a whole 30 minute wait. If I would've known how long they were gonna take I would've just waited to get home to make coffee there instead. Was just shopping there.

Love this Starbucks!! It's in my local Safeway and super enjoy the service and quality drinks here!! Ruby and Jody replaced my Green Tea Frappuccino for me simply because it melted down while I was shopping and it was for my roommate. They are phenomenal!!!
