Love this Starbucks!! It's in my local Safeway and super enjoy the service and quality drinks here!! Ruby and Jody replaced my Green Tea Frappuccino for me simply because it melted down while I was shopping and it was for my roommate. They are phenomenal!!!

I can deal with them always being sold out of stuff even though it's incredibly annoying. But, it's pretty terrible that we showed up an hour before closing and they were "closed for the night". Wouldn't even sell us a chocolate croissant for my daughter. Crappy service, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to do business with a store that is actually open when they say they'll be.

Friendly at first, but they only chat to each other. Making drinks is not important to them. They don't even call out names. Three orders were wrong right in front of me. Waiting over 10 mins with only three customers for a drink is rough.

Such poor service. 5 baristas behind the counter repeatedly looking at the 3 customers waiting in line. Never acknowledged us. Never apologized for the wait. I only came here because I was shopping at the Safeway. I have never seen nor received such poor service at a Starbucks.As I am waiting for my drink I am witnessing the continued rude and poor customer service as sweet customers are asking the baristas about their drink orders.
Please fire all the employees and get new ones been here plenty of times never get my order right and all I ask for is extra

Their baristas are rude like they don’t want to be there. They always say they don’t have frappes or caramel or certain syrups seems to me like they just don’t want to make them.

Line was extremely long and the girls had no sense of urgency. Lex did not greet me or acknowledge the wait. Megan saw a friend in line and made her drink ahead of mine, even though she was behind me. Very inconsiderate. To top it off, drinks were not made correctly.

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks you can go to. You’re looking at a half hour wait almost any time of day.

Inside Safeway. No booths a few tables off to the side. Not a place to hang out and drink your coffee, not that I would want to. Safeway wifi. Grab a beverage and a lemon loaf and head for your car.
