I’ve been going to Starbucks since 2007 & for the 1st time I came in JUST for a cup of ice water with my 2 small children and this SPECIFIC location denied me water. I wouldn’t have minded it so much but the kid behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and said it with a smirk, like too bad lady not my problem. 1st he said the policy changed in January the he said a couple months ago. I was gonna tip $2 for the “hard work” of pouring me some faucet water. Embarrassing, unnecessary & gross attitude.

We stopped by Starbucks today and were helped by Makayla, who was absolutely amazing! We asked for a cup of plain 2% milk, and she kindly asked if it was for a baby. Then she offered to warm it up just to the perfect temperature such a thoughtful and caring gesture! It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and kind. Thank you, Makayla, for going above and beyond! ❤️
I'm not sure what it is about this place. Are the staff just the best trained or do they just like it here? I am always welcomed and greeted with a smile, helped enthusiastically, and spoken to so nicely. Every time. Thanks guys.

I went to order my USUAL, that I order everyday for the past 2-3 years and the barista refused to let me add “extra lemonade” she said it’s against corporate policy to make modifications to portions on drinks.
I explained I have ordered this drink like this all the time and can even order the strawberry acai lemonade with extra lemonade on the app, as I always do. She then said “there must be a glitch or something, I’ve been told by management that it’s policy and cannot make adjustments to the portions.” Her words “I’m not associated with the app. We can adjust how much ice we put in the drinks but not the lemonade”

Shout out to Amber, Terra, Hannah, & Nate, for ALWAYS making it such a warm and welcoming place each time we come in; such a friendly and awesome team! 10 out of 10 stars on our drinks each time (only store that makes it right). Also, music playlist is always great and is played at an appropriate level.
Thank you for all that you do and keep doing. With everything going on, you all put a smile on our face. May you all succeed in all your goals.
