the BEST Starbucks store ever!!!

Shout out to Amber, Terra, Hannah, & Nate, for ALWAYS making it such a warm and welcoming place each time we come in; such a friendly and awesome team! 10 out of 10 stars on our drinks each time (only store that makes it right). Also, music playlist is always great and is played at an appropriate level.

Thank you for all that you do and keep doing. With everything going on, you all put a smile on our face. May you all succeed in all your goals.

For a Saturday morning they were not overly busy.

A friend and I met up here for a few hours. Our drinks were made correctly. Staff was friendly.

Never fails to not mess up my order. First time they did heavy ice on both drinks this time didnt give the right lid for the boba balls and also didnt do brownsugar in my brown sugar oatmilk espresso

Ordered two Venti Hot Lattes with extra espresso shots in a very crowded drive thru.

Received two cups of steamed milk. Could just barely taste any coffee at all. Costed $20 with tip (plus the cost of two Red Bulls from QT since we didn’t get our caffeine fix). Makes me the fool.

I placed a mobile order when I was at the light at the corner of the street because I ordered a frap and I hate when they make the order early or there’s a super long line so my drink is already melting when I get it. I pull up to the window (there were 3 cars in front of me) and the girl (she had bleached hair but also like it was brunette on the bottom and wore a beanie) tells me “you’ll have to park and come in and get your drink because you placed your order to close to picking it up” I ask “so you want me to park and come in and get it?” She says “yes” while looking at me like I’m stupid. Then proceeds to have every barista (there were 4-5 working with no line in the store) staring at me as I walk in to get it like I’m some sort of problem.

No other Starbucks has ever told me that or acted that way to me before. If I would’ve ordered my drink at the drive thru and not on the app it would’ve been the same amount of time if not even less time to make my drink by the time I got to the window. (I only ordered one frap) Very rude and ignorant. Will never return to this location and will be sure to let everyone I know that that is how baristas treat customers here.
Terrible customer service.

& on top of the subpar customer service, they had the audacity to make my drink wrong. If I wanted caramel milk I would’ve asked for it.

I’ve never met a manager so rude and unwilling to satisfy their customers.

Stefanie, who also claims to be a regional manager for the location was not only rude and unprofessional but she was on a power trip.

Another worker who took my order advised me they can’t do free pup cups and instead you need to make a purchase in order to, so i asked what the cheapest item on the menu was. She recommended the cream cheese single pack. So i ordered that with my pup cup.

As i went to pay at the window Stefanie very rudely told me i can’t do that and i need to spend more money. Which is completely false and untrue i was told i needed to make A purchase, not a specific dollar amount minimum.

She not only snapped at the worker saying she can’t do that, but she also snapped at me to spend more money. The worker mentioned that she thought it would be fine because it’s still a purchase, but stefanie said she can’t let me just purchase the single pack of creame cheese, i need to spend more money. Which again doesn’t make any sense why not just charge for the pup cup at that point?

I feel very bad for how she spoke to the other worker in front of me, and seemed as if she didn’t want to give us the pup cup at all just due to having power over everyone. Super rude and put a bad taste in my mouth.

The worker really seemed like she just wanted to help us out and Stefanie just instituted on being rude and unwilling to help.

In the end, i spent more money just because i didn’t want my dogs going home upset and i also felt bad for the worker Stefanie was scolding in-front of customers.

As an owner of a business myself, i would never let someone like her run a location or be in charge of anything. No customer service skills, rude, snappy, and mean. Stay away from her.

The office staff at this location are extremely rude and have nothing but attitude. Starbucks used to be so sweet and welcoming and this location is just not that. Happily taking myself to Dunkin’s for now on.
