Disgusting drink. Tasted like someone wrung out a dirty towel and flavored it with chocolate. Drink was lukewarm, besides being Disgusting. Rude service, as I always get at this location the other 10 times I mistakenly went here. Spelled my name wrong. I also didn't realize I had to ask for whip and put my own sleeve on my drinks here. Total waste of money including a tip. I will not be back to this location.

Macchiato tasted burnt and not extra sweet though I was charged for “more pumps”. Carmel on my cup exterior at handoff so my hands were sticky. Customer service minimal and drive through gal had a delay on speaker or just doesn’t care that she interrupted every sentence I spoke. Annoying.
I paid for caramel drizzle as well! Where is it?!? I called to let manager know and she asked to remake it but I was at work already! Why not offer a $5 gift card?

I sat in line behind 4 cars in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. It's one of those decisions that once you're in, you can't get out. When I got to the window, there was no explanation. No thank you for waiting so long. 4 cars... and no one was passed more than 2 cups.
