This is truly my favorite Starbucks. I know it’s not the standard standalone building but the staff is so so amazing. It’s literally because of the staff and the consistency of quality for my drink is why I come here. I go OUT OF THE WAY to get a drink at this Starbucks versus one on the way to where I am going.

I go here to buy bags of beans and ask for them to be ground. Most of the people here do not know how to properly reseal the bags. Today was the worst, bags were open and not sealed! This should not be that hard! Training needed to reseal the bag of coffee that has the tabs attached?

I frequently visit this Frys location, but for some reason, the coffee here is not comparable to other Starbucks outlets. On a couple of occasions, I’ve attempted to purchase specific items, only to find that they are frequently out of stock.

I asked for a sugar cookie almond milk latte. I didn’t mind having to substitute soy for almond.
BUT WHY ON EARTH DID THE BARISTA PUT COCONUT MILK *AND COLD FOAM*???? WHY WOULD YOU EVER THINK TO ADD COLD FOAM TO A COMES NON DAIRY AS STANDARD DRINK!???? 😭 That’s so unsafe!! Obviously if I asked for a dairy free drink, I follow a dairy free diet!!

Way to mess up someones morning and its happened multiple times unfortunately. when a order shows ready to go, it should be ready. Unfortunately this location says your order is ready for pickup and they havent even started it yet let alone they are continuing to make others who have just walked up.

I rarely get a Frappuccino but my husb and I just went grocery shopping and I was famished and a Strawberry Creme Frap really sounded refreshing ? I got a small but it was top notch ? satisfied my food craving and helped me over till dinner late in evening. Ev1 should try this it has a sweet strawberry taste with a hint of vanilla whipped cream! No pics sorry but I really want to try the Hot Apple Crisp Macchiato with espresso and steamed milk and I will take a pic!
