Came in today and ordered an iced sugar cookie latte and java chip frappuccino. The latte was made hot which is no big deal. But after leaving we realized the java chip had zero coffee and was basically a milk shake. With it being christmas eve i understand they are busy. I tried calling several times just to get my money back for the in correct drink, but after several attempts i couldn't get through. Not angry just disappointed that i didn't get what i paid for.

I rarely get a Frappuccino but my husb and I just went grocery shopping and I was famished and a Strawberry Creme Frap really sounded refreshing ? I got a small but it was top notch ? satisfied my food craving and helped me over till dinner late in evening. Ev1 should try this it has a sweet strawberry taste with a hint of vanilla whipped cream! No pics sorry but I really want to try the Hot Apple Crisp Macchiato with espresso and steamed milk and I will take a pic!

Collegial group of employees keep this store on track to be at the top my list of coffee shops. Why? They always seem to have decaf brewed to mix with their amazing bold dark roast instead of the usual "..oh we don't have that...". The dark roast, when fresh has hints of chocolate and decaf tones it down for a mellow day. These guys are pros and waiting is minimal.

I asked a question few days ago why all the Starbucks in Fry's grocery store don't have there Blond Roast coffee brew when customers want it . They only do a pour over which takes a long time to receive & doesn't taste as good as the brewed blond Roast . Yelp decided to take off because they would get bad reply's . I thought my question was fair & not out of line ?????? I wasn't negative just wanted to know why they pour over on blond Roast . I owned restaurants for 25years plus . I don't believe I was out of line for ask ?????
