If I could give this place a zero I would. I get Starbucks every single day at the bell location and it’s amazing. On my days off, this place is so incompetent at making a basic drink. I would pay money out of my own pocket to get this place shut down lmfao. Save yourself the hassle of having to get your drink remade EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. because the staff is actually incoherent and just go to any other location lmao

I quickly popped in to this location today. I dont typically stop at any location, I've always had good experience on the rare occasion I did not order in the app . Today, not the case. I was in a bit of hurry and decided to stop at the last moment. I certainly had enough time to wait comfortably and not feel rushed. I rarely order anything fancy with my typical order being a pike, black. As I stood at the counter, there was a barista behind the counter on a tablet. I waited. For over 5 minutes, standing noticeable at the counter, I wasn't even acknowledged. At least 3 of these minutes, the one barista was on the tablet. Not so much as a "hello" or "be right with you." Customer service seems to be a dying trait and the only place one can depend on is Chick fil A. Again, had I been acknowledged, no biggie. But this is a significant amount of time, as a customer, to wait and continue to be ignored. I expect better from Starbucks. While the issue is the lack of customer service (5 baristas in total, and at least a couple looked at me).

This Starbucks is the best we've been to. All the baristas are friendly and professional. Never once had my order made incorrectly. Anytime we are in the area and in the mood for Starbucks we go out of our way to go to this one even though it's in target. There is one barista in particular, I didn't get their name, who is such a sweetheart. They have adorable pink hair and their eyeliner makes me envious. They were very patient and kind when my shy daughter was ordering and took extra care to talk to her about her stuffy. That made Emma feel very special. So Emma wants you to know that the strawberry frap you made is the best one her and Gwen (the penguin) ever had.

This place never get my drink, right? I always order cappuccino it doesn’t matter if I order a grande tall or Venti. They still only put one shot in my drink with no milk and it is super disgusting. She said to me well you should say wet cappuccino how about if you change the menu and name it as wet cappuccino because on your menu it says cappuccino that’s it every other Starbucks does it right except this location

Easily the most consistent location in the zip code, especially impressive considering the unbelievable traffic they seem to receive on a daily basis. Have ordered enough food to feed a developing country over the past year and not one item has been overcooked/undercooked and usually arrives several minutes before the app predicts the order to be completed. Also the most genuine and caring staff you'll find. Received the most heartfelt service from Ocean and Jackson one night a couple months back and am ever grateful for their kindness.-mikey
