The last three times I have ordered an iced coffee just black with no sweetener, it has had sweetener in it. Yesterday the kid making the drinks was standing right at the register but with his air pods in likely didn’t hear me say black, nothing in it. And they are always defensive when I bring the drink back. Oh well, there are other places.

Paid $7+ for one drink to have to 3/4 full..that’s even with ice \\u0026 doesn’t taste the same as the others…quality at this Starbucks is just not there. Second time here, same disappointment.

This Starbucks has a faster pace but is lower quality as compared to the original or at Target. Besides that, I recently went in and had an issue with my drink and Erin responded in a condescending way and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. I understand that these people are just trying to make a living, but if this is the service they want to be represented by I will go to Black Rock across the street.

The only “coffee” I’ve ever ordered is a “Grande Cafe Vanilla Frappecino w/Whip” ** It’s delicious every single time and it always hits the spot!
This is one of the better in store kiosks in the west valley in my opinion. The staff, especially the morning crew, are very friendly and efficient.
This location did fix my order after messing up, but the two employees on shift (12/16/19) (@ 4:20pm) had a rely bad attitudes.
