First and foremost if you expect to get fresh Made bread when you come in forget about it. I was literally told by the employee they don't do that there. They are very unwelcoming and unfriendly there. I have yet to ever go by and see customers in there at different times of the day. I have also stopped in on a few occasions to inquire if the bread was baked fresh and the visit was after 3:00 p.m.. so I'm figuring all the day before bread is being used before any is even considered to be proofed and baked. Now I have the way of thinking that Subway was started on and they're selling point was always fresh baked bread. It's no fun to get a sub sandwich and open up your rappers when you get home to find hard dry crust. Both of the ends are unedible and you believe me I give up doing their surveys or reaching out to the individual stores and their managers on this. And I refuse to stop at the store anymore as it has been a waste of time and the last time I purchased a sub from any subway without asking first if it is fresh baked day old or 2-day-old bread

– Incident on Saturday, October 11 2025
I am one of the caregivers who was present during a very disturbing incident at this Subway on Saturday, October 11, in the afternoon. I was accompanying two developmentally disabled adults, and while we were ordering our food, the assistant manager, Anna Ruis, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and aggressive toward our group.
When one of the ladies politely asked for her sandwich to be heated — but not toasted to the point of being crusty — Anna’s tone and attitude became unreasonably hostile. Her behavior escalated to the point that one of the disabled women became visibly shaken and broke down in tears out of fear and confusion.
This was an absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable situation. The police was called by that person that calls herself assistant manager (Anna Ruiz ) and an officer came to the restaurant, filed a report, and personally apologized to us for the way the assistant manager treated our clients.
No person should ever be treated this way — especially individuals with developmental disabilities who depend on kindness, patience, and respect from those around them. As a caregiver, I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by what took place, and I will never return to this location again.

Great clean store with the best tomatoes 🍅 laid out and Marisa was the most pleasant hard working employee ive seen im a long time extremely kinda and efficient she deserves a raise thanks for the best service in town ☝️🫵🙏🫶💪😜😇👍👩😛😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 highly recommend this store id your anywhere close

A little while ago in February, I came to order a sandwich. There were two individuals (a male and a female), they were friendly and made sure I got what I wanted. I asked for onions and there weren’t any in the tray but they chopped some for me. That’s excellent service.

The food was old ! The bread was mostly and so were their vegetables !! And their prices did go up !!!

The worst subway I've ever been to..I went in for tuna and for the second time they don't have it..ordered an Italian BMT and they were out of pepperoni..bread was dry af and the two girls behind the counter kept laughing when they said "we're out of this..out of that" ? I will never go back to this subway again!

I wouldn’t think making sandwiches from written instructions is difficult, but apparently it is. All 5 sandwiches were wrong. I have given this particular place so many chances but I don’t know if I can anymore. Some of us order things specifically because of allergies. Long days and quick dinners are part of why we do takeout. Come on now. Get it together.
Food is always good there, but when you have a coupon and they can not honor it because the system isn't accepting it, then there should be a workaround to fix that. I ended up paying more for one sub than it would have been for two!
