My husband and I both ordered sandwiches here on 1/9/25 around 5:00pm. My sandwich was a veggie delite and only had lettuce, cheese and banana peppers. No tomatos or anything else. I am not sure if they were out of the ingredients, but they didn’t tell us when we picked it up and I would have honestly rather them cancel the order. My husband ordered a toasted sandwich and it wasn’t toasted.

This is a week late because I accidentally posted on the wrong location but here it is.
This used to be my favorite Subway to go to because shockingly Chris is an awesome sandwich artist and makes my order perfect everytime unfortunately one online order ruined all of that in on experience. I ordered 3 sandwiches toasted with a variety of toppings all having spinach on them tho, when I got to the store 2 employees were working and they were both busy, so I patiently waited by the pickup counter but then it took 10 minutes for me to grab someone's attention, little annoying no big deal though, I get home and all three sandwiches are stale and crunchy but not toasted because they were cold and the cheese wasn't even a little melted and the blt didn't have the extra bacon, whatever right online ordes suck but then I get half way through half of my sub before I start tasting mold or mildew, I picked of the spinach and carried on but the next sandwich was the same, my husband and I couldn't eat any of the 3 subs I ordered because they all tasted like mold and mildew. So we called to see if there was a manager available to report the rotten ingredient and to see if we could have then remade or refunded, the employee said there was no manager on schedule which is very bad business practice for those poor employees who may encounter these situations, so I was told to come in the next day to speak to a manager, that's where my real issue began. I came in hoping to resolve the matter quickly and let them know that they were serving poor quality ingredients hoping no one would be harmed by the mold seeing as that is something someone could have a severe allergy to. When I walked in with my husband I was pleasantly surprised to see Chris and we asked him to speak with the manager, the manager came out with an immediate attitude my husband began explaining the situation and the manager rudely cut him off saying to hold on while he looked for the receipt, that aggravated my husband so I will admit his tone reflected his aggravation but the manager was immediately confrontational and did not want to hear us out, when we told him about the spinach he said that that was impossible and that it was just our taste preferences, which makes to sense because we have ordered those exact sandwiches before and never had a problem with tasting mold. The manager was incredibly unprofessional and at that point started raising his voice and my husband asked him to calm down and remain professional and that's when Chris came in backing up his manager saying that my husband was being hostile even though he wasn't and if he did have an attitude it was after the manager started talking to him the way he was. It resulted in Chris cussing us out and the manager refusing to give us his name. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and the lack of quality control, I used to work in the food industry and I know it can be frustrating dealing with issues that may be out of your control but that doesn't give you the right to ignore food safety risks and act with no decorum. I hope the owner reads this but based on other reviews it's not likely. Do better for your store, do better for the public.

We have had great service here before but the last two times have been horrible. This employee working at 4:30pm on Saturday 11/30 does not listen to requests made by customers. My wife has severe allergies and he was reluctant to follow special accommodations for her sandwich last time and then was ignoring the customer before us this time. He plays music from his phone LOUDLY on top of the Christmas music already playing in the store which makes his hearing even worse. Not coming back here again until he is gone. He has ruined this location for us now and I really do hope he at least gets talked to

I ordered from this location 11/23/24 and i am not happy with this poor experience I had with this store. Yesterday I received a pickup order that everything was wrong in. The blt was supposed to have extra bacon and was supposed to be toasted but wasn't. The meatball sub was supposed to be toasted and wasn't and the bmt was supposed to be toasted but wasn't. But the thing that was the worst was that all the sandwichs were supposed to have fresh spinach. But instead I got old sour spoiled spinach! The whole order was ruined! So I called the store to complain and they told me to come into the store tomorrow to talk with a gm or a manager. I showed up and tried to see if I could get a refund or my order remade but was welcomed by a rude and disrespectful assistant manager. I told him about the spinach and was basically told I was a liar and that the spinach out right then was the same spinach that was out last night. Maybe that's why it's rotten, moldy, spoiled. All the above. Then I was verbally assaulted by a employee named Chris. Who i guess was trying to stick up for his manager who was being completely unreasonable and rude from the moment I walked in. I told him that I definitely didn't want food from there again and asked for my refund but then told me "no I don't have too'. So afterwards I left the store and then went back in to get his name and he would not give it too me. I admit I did start getting worked up and angry and even said a few things. But the attitude I was first given by these 2 employees at around 10:40 am on 11/24/24 was unjustified and unprofessional! If a manager or gm is reading this i hope that these 2 employees get lectured and taught better customer service because that is not at all what my experience was. And I usually love this store and it's food but unfortunately will not be going back so long as they work there. If I could give this store 0 stars I would because this experience has been unacceptable!

Popped in here after a four day road trip, starving for something besides a bag of pretzels! Was met by an associate who was friendly and welcoming. I got a veggie delight and it was awesome! The only reason it got 4 stars on food, was that I ordered a pretzel as well, and that was disappointing. No fault of the guy who made it!

Awful treatment from the manager! Went to order a sub. It was not that busy, but there were three employees present at the time of my visit. I am very uncomfortable not being able to see my food for fear of cross contamination from other items that I am unable to eat. Since the installment of this metal covering that some subways now have blocking the view of them making the sandwiches. I stand where I am able to view my sandwich being made. It has not been a problem or a impediment of any of the employees to make my sandwich or any customers. Today though there was a problem. I have not seen this person before who identified himself as the manager, and I go often enough. He was quite rude. I was standing where I usually stand to view my food being made. He approaches the oven that I was not in danger of getting burned by when closed, and had the common sense to stand back once opened. Before he opened the door he says rudely you need to get out the way. No please or thank you. I complied and stepped away, but did say I saw him opening the door and would have moved without hesitation. I am not sure if that was truly the issue, because after he removed the bread he kept the oven open and instructed the employee to keep it open. I asked him if was closing it. First he responded he could not hear me with my face mask on, so I lowered it for him to hear me. He then replied he was keeping it open. Mind you at the same time I was trying to tell the employee my sandwich order. It is ridiculous that the employee was able to hear me six to ten feet away, but the manager who was closer could not. He also tried to scold me on wanting to see my food being made. Pointing to a sign. I asked him if it was unlawful to watch my food being made. He had no reply. That manager gave off a bad vibe. Wondering now what is he wanting to hide? Will most likely not be returning. Not good business practices to treat repeat customers badly. Business 101.

I ordered through the app, and the bread is small. 4 sandwiches bread was not proofed long enough, then baked all sandwiches were not toasted when asked for them to be and mine was missing bacon.

Veggie sub with no veggies …. Not even enough lettuce to cover the bread. “More olives” equals out to 4 olives…
Don’t waste your time here. Go to the subway on west Waddell road. Their sandwiches have never disappointed and they sure aren’t greedy with the veggies. When I order a sandwich with no meat. I don’t want to feel my fingers touching through the bread. What a waste of money….

Nate was awesome!!! He made mine and my husbands sandwiches with love and made sure we knew the difference in who’s sandwich was who’s. He has incredible customer service and did the small talk with us while waiting for them to be toasted. Definitely an awesome hire you guys got here?highly recommend him make your sandwiches ??

Me and my Grandma went in to order two foot longs, the Gentleman behind the counter told us to give him a minute. He made us wait almost 20 minutes so we drove to another location. There wasn’t even a line and it wasn’t busy. I believe it’s unacceptable that we waited that long. It was March 20th around 330Pm.
