App never works and when you call they don't answer answer and or hang up the phone. Customer service is not the best.

Ordered my wife and I a sub and when I got home it looked like the mayonnaise jar exploded in my bread while they were making it. I tried to call to let the store know but no one ever answered. When I went the next day to ask about a remake the workers were rude and refused to help. Don't go here.

Not fresh sliced and a disgusting sub that I vomited up a few minutes later. Luckily, I removed 95% of the turkey before eating this thing. Yet, when I vomited in the parking lot, everything came flyibg out. The turkey titan did the damage. Stay away. Luckily, it was upchuck and done.

Pretty disappointed. I have gone to subway many times and this was memorably the worst. Employees rolled their eyes and acted very unappreciatve of my business. Sandwiches had 1/2 the meat of any other store, and I did not feel welcome! Not sure what's up, but you need to address this.

I’ve been to this subway before it was great I got a BMT wrap again they still didn’t have the green wrap and the girl who made my sandwich didn’t look well she also left me a little gift in my wrap ! (Hair) I could only eat half !! Very disappointed for the price I paid !

Placed an order online. Ordered 2 6 inch veggie patty subs. Ordered both with cheese. No cheese. Ordered and was charged for avocado. No avocado. Hardly any sauce. Got 3 inch veggie patties in 6 inch subs. I mean it's a sandwich not beef wellington. How hard is it to make. I got a dry piece of bread with some lettuce. Tried to call several times and they will not answer the phone.
Worst subway I have ever been to. management was rude and no one knew how to make a sandwich. I told the lady 3 times that they were not putting the right amount of meat and they ignored me. I ended up leaving the 3 sandwiches that were made because of how this store is ran. Will never go back to this one again. Who ever owns this store needs to get better management!

Horrible customer service. A guy in front of me had 10 sandwiches to have them make and already had 5 done. He politely told them to go ahead and take care of me because he still has 5 sandwichs left. THE EMPLOYEE TOOK IT APON HERSELF TO ANSWER FOR ME AND TOLD HIM "no he is ok". No I was NOT ok. I was on my lunch break and they waisted 15 min of the 30 i get because of that stunt. I walked out and am now going hungry back to work because of the lack of respect for the customer.

Very bad service , the gir farts thing asked if we have coupons and she said this place don't accept coupons , I Don't know why! And than wile we ordered they were looking to each other and make us feel ver uncomfortable and after that we want to set down to the table to eat and we could not find and clean one they we all dirty and they con talking the store was empty not a lot of customers . They should be more friendly. I will not go again!!!!

Customer service is TERRIBLE! The two girls work on 6/12 are to busy listening to their ear buds to pay attention to customers. Complaining how there is now a line of people trying to order. We asked them to bring out fresh lettuce since what they had out was literally brown, so she brings out MORE BROWN LETTUCE! Also don't get mad at the customer for your s*** a** attitude!

I never been inside this subway but work next door. They always have signs up that saids out of products like turkey, cheese or their oven is broken. Always has a now hiring sign up. They seem to go through Employees fast. Employees are rude and I've seen them flick off customers. In particular a blond skinny Caucasian girl who wears thick black glasses. I've seen her multiple times flick people off. Like I said I've never been inside the store but seen enough to know it's not worth my time nor anyone else's.
