Ordered through the mobile app around 3pm during a lunch break. There was one employee out front stocking and the store was dead otherwise. My sub was made on time but did not include the fountain drink and the toppings did not follow the portions specified in the app. I let the employee stocking know the order was missing an item and after a couple seconds they asked me if I was missing any items, totally missing what I had just told them. I let them know I was missing the drink again and they didn’t respond, after standing there awkwardly again and grabbing napkins and other items she bid me a good day and walked into the back. I waited for a minute before I grabbed a bottled soda since I had to leave and she called me out for doing so. Kind of crazy you can do all the work for them and they will still screw up the order, but you take the wrong drink and they instantly know. This location needs to get their priorities in check! If you need a quick meal, sure, but if you want what you ordered go somewhere else!

Used to be the only Subway that was still giving out normal portions. Not anymore, ordered 2 footlongs yesterday and it was mostly bread, the employee barely added any meat and veggies. I'll just start going to Jimmy John's from now on.

Used the 2 foot long coupons. Had no trouble ordering or anything. The girl was really nice at first. We paid with cash and change and she got extremely frustrated about the change. She got really mad and threw the money back at us and said she doesn’t care. I was taken back cause we weren’t rude or impatient and were trying to help her figure out how much she owed us. Maybe get a calculator or something to keep up front when things like this happen? I just don’t like when people throw money at me so disrespectfully.

I have been coming to this store for decades now and truly the best decade so far has been this one. Young Mr Kyler at the helm always so nice so courteous professional but personable. And the bread is consistently soft fresh as the ingredients that make up the subs themselves. He does a wonderful job all the way around and is a wonderful young man that lights up my day and makes a bad day much brighter when I encounter him working any day that I should be able to get there. Great job young man keep up the good work look forward to another spot on professional and deliciously created sub coming in and seeing you're smiling and kind face makes my day no matter how bad my day is great great job young man.

The eggs were really bad and the breakfast sandwich was so horrible that I am not sure I will come back to this store they don't have a phone to call on which is bad not right at all I am super unhappy and not sure I would ever come here again with customer service like this

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway. I came in the morning to get a sandwich, and Michelle was working. The whole store looked clean and spotless. The food bar stocked and wiped off and looking ready for the next customer. Michelle’s customer service skills is phenomenal. Hospitality at its finest. I would come back and eat here any time! We ordered through the Subway website, not the app. Our money was taken from the debit card, but the order never went through. Then a few moments later we were refunded. We are glad for the refund but why did the website not process the order correctly?

Huge shoutout to the young man that made my sandwhich yesterday at around 5pm! Always welcomes every customer that comes in with a smile, and I mean no exaggeration that he has made teh best sandwich I've ever had had from Subway.
I ordered around two and a half hours ago from when this is posted. I ordered a footlong blt flatbread sub for my gf and a home run ham footlong sub for myself online for pick-up. Both subs were very dry. The white bread was very flaky and dry, while the flatbread was crunchy and dry. The white bread was also abnormally smaller in width than a typical Subway sandwich, basically 3/4 the width a normal sub roll for Subway. The cookies weren't very soft like usual and even had slight crunch to them. I ordered with the home run ham, a wild cherry pepsi fountain drink as well, which the fountain machine did not display. It seemed like the order was just not made well and didn't leave a good impression. This is the first and last time I'll visit this Subway. The only reason the it doesn't get a one star is that the sandwiches were edible and not a complete waste, but just might as well be.
I love how clean and inviting this location is! I’ll be back for my sandwich needs again!! ….and cookie cravings! 😆
