Shout out to Shawna and Tre!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service and attitudes. It’s so rare to find anyone who cares in the service industry but these two clearly do. The second I stepped in the door Tre said “hello and welcome”. Shawna was busy making sandwiches for a few people while engaging them in conversation and smiling and laughing with them. As I waited Tre hustled on the register while talking and smiling with the customers too. Everyone was happy, heard and clearly cared about. They paid attention, engaged the customers, were friendly, kind and courteous.
Even if this kind of service was standard in the industry this team and store would still deserve to be called out.
Absolutely well done you two. I wish I lived closer as I’d come often. You’re amazing and deserve more thanks than I can give. If you can share the owner contact info I would be happy to reach out to them and discuss this further.

I’m always short something and the food is never cooked correctly :( stuff is expensive these days. I will take partial blame because I didn’t check my food before I left.

Ordered my food online, bread that they gave me was incorrect they gave me the wrong bread, also I asked for the sandwich to be bagged separately which it was but the sandwiches were not cut evenly and it was extremely noticeable. Food was good though.

I bought two footings because of the advertisement for $6.99. When I got to the store I was told I had to order on line. So I did at the store, with the help of a very nice young man employee. I paid for the two sandwiches thinking that at the end of the transaction it would reduce the total bill to $6.99 each. It did not happen so I paid full price of $24.99+/-. An employee told me a third party is in charge of advertising and they are not trained to know what to do.
When I got home I sent a text explaining my experience and the District Manager sent a response back to me basically telling me sorry. That there has been a good amount of confusion with this promotion.
Needless to say I will NOT ever deal with this chain again.

I came in today just wanting a nice subway sandwhich, and the starter, brandon, was great, the lady who finished my sandwhich was not, she had the worst attitude, and skimped on all the toppings i asked for and underfilled my sandwhiches making them dry and just meaty without the toppings, this subway is terrible, the management is horrendous and does not care about the food or customers, someone should really do something about this nasty place.

Anemic sandwiches. Literally half the portions of nearby subways, employees are terse when it comes to pickup orders. The only saving grace is that it’s clean, but doesn’t mean much when you’re picking up an order to go.

They purposely put less meat on the sandwich and charge you full price, the employees suck and are stuck up/rude, there is another subway 1.4 miles away I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going anywhere else but this subway!

How exactly you manage to screw up a sandwich when everything is right in front of your face I will never understand. I'm convinced that the employees here actually TRY to be as bad as possible, for whatever reason. It took them fifteen minutes to make our online order wrong when there's literally no customers in the store.

Disappointed twice with this location. Always order takeout in the app. Never get extra veggies when ordered. Last time I ordered a club and got all the meats minus roast beef. This time I ordered a supreme meats sandwich and it had no ham in it, even though the receipts both times shows my correct order for these meats. I don’t understand the disconnect and will be trying another location. Other that the bad assembling of sandwiches, the food tasted good.
