Used to come here all the time. Came in couple weeks ago Only to be met by new staff who refused to make my sandwich (turkey Italiano). When the all the girls worked here it was always made and perfect. Not coming to this store again. 99th and bell subway will make whatever you want.

Was craving Subway. Stopped in and our sandwich artist was Cody. He greeted us at the door and was so kind. Iāve been getting the veggie delight since day one and by far this was the best veggie delight Iāve had. Thank you Cody for taking care of us today, amazing service!

They were out of three things I wanted and also mayo, and then blamed the manager for being sucky at ordering things didnāt bother to tell me until after they already charged me for the entire sandwich. Super disappointed. Why would I want a sandwich with just lettuce, tomato and cheese? Still charged me for it though, and said āsorryā. I would definitely rather drive to another subway than ever have to deal with them again. Also looked how my sandwich was wrapped lol

Dry day old bread sliced extra skinny on the bottom about 3/8ā. The server was new and couldnāt figure out what was on a #17. So my wife read it to her from the menu board. She then tried to check us out but couldnāt work the till. So the manager stepped in. He struggled as well. With just a few customers and 3 people behind the counter it took them over 10 minutes to serve us completely. Not a good Subway experience

The initial young lady that was their when I walked in was very polite and attentive needs a little work on selling and making the sandwich as burnt the meat and flatbread š¤¦ but what took the cake is the young lady that came in the door apparently for work while she was making my sandwich put her belongings down I'm guessing since she didn't have them when she proceeded to make her own sandwich smh. Why do I know this? Because the young lady that was making my sandwich that was now burning ugh asked her is that for you ? She tried to whisper and say yes she said you know you have to pay for that now š apparently she didn't know that but proceeded anyway and said its for later lol. After already blurting out I'm starving lol so again sandwich still in warmer as we both kid of watch her struggle to wrap the not paid for sandwich smh gloves kept sticking to the tape and she couldn't get the paper wrapped around the sandwich correctly lol.. Im at awwwww at our hiring process for Subway at the moment lol Sandwich was horrible by the way not even the dog wanted it. The meat looked like when you fry bologna in a pan and burnt the edges lol would of been nice if that's what I asked for but the flat bread was as hard as the girls head that didn't stop making the sandwich lol Good luck and your next staffing lol
I'm having a hard night, and only had $10. The dude working the corner was very kind and hooked me up with a free cookie and drink with my order. It really meant a lot.

Omg my guy was awesome at making my sandwich and helping on deciding a sandwich he smiled the whole time and laughed at my not as funny jokes lol. You are awesome to deal with my Philly steak was on point might of been the best in awhile from subway. Made my next patient easy to deal with lol

I called because I didnāt know what time I would be out of work and then I already ordered my online order so I called and asked if he could wait to make it till a little later and he was very nice over the phone and when I picked up my order!
