I would give zero stars if I could.
One of the younger females that work there had a ton of bracelets that kept rubbing against my sandwich as she was making it đ€ą There should be rules on this. Very rude and uncomfortable interaction. They look miserable and angry. I get it, maybe you need this job but your negativity makes people uncomfortable.

This location doesnât have operational phones, so when their faulty website shuts down after ordering you have no clue what happened, even though youâre charged. This particular location has a weak staff that allows for rude customers to yell and curse out other customers. This nasty $12 foot long is saturated in mayo and looks like it was put together by an actual chimpanzee. Itâs a mockery and I will be disputing these charges because this food is down right uneatable. Bad service bad food bad atmosphere. Whatâs so hard about making a sandwich?

I understand when itâs time to close you wanna just get out of work ASAP but there is customers that do like to come in last minute because theyâre hungry and donât realize what time it is and they like to get food that was the case with us Iâve worked in fast food before so I understand it is frustrating but you donât let the customers see that youâre frustrated that theyâre here getting food when youâre trying to close this was the worst service Iâve ever had with Subway
They can't get an order right, and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes, horrible customer service and very incompetent.
I completely understand that working QSR is not an easy job, and I also understand that everyone has bad days. We haven't been to subway in a long time due to quality, we gave them a shot today, and the two young girls working made it an absolutely awful experience. Cold, rude, impatient. The veggies were old, and also a mess. I can't say we'll be back any time soon. Sad.
Walked in an hour before close and the girl who was in there was upset when we walked in and proceeded to cuss and say she wouldnât help us. The whole time she gave us nasty looks and was so beyond rude. At the end she checked us out, stated she wouldnât be cleaning anything and proceeded to continue cussing at us (the customer) about the time we walked in and how we made it a mess. Please keep in mind the time on our receipt of check out was 9:20!! 40 minutes before you close, this is your job!!! Absolutely ridiculous
I understand people have bad days but this restaurant seems to have that culture for their employees in general. Iâve been in a a few times recently and each time the employees give off the appearance they donât want to be at work. The girl who helped me didnât look at me once, spoke to me with a depressing tone, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her being there. I hope this store owner does a better job with hiring more energetic employees in the future and embraces as more energetic culture.

On May 23rd, I ordered 3 sandwiches on the app from my local subway. They called me and told me they could not make one of them, the Boss, because they had no meatballs. I told them to just cancel that sandwich. They told me they could not cancel it, so I told them they could cancel the whole order. In the end, I had a horrible experience because they couldn't cancel the order and I instead was forced to have an untoasted Boss sandwich without meatballs or Marinara sauce and pay over 14 dollars for it. It was disgusting and my wife wouldn't eat it. We had to get her something else to eat. I submitted my complaint and that complaint went to Cassandra Freerks and on May 24th she sent me a confusing e-mail where she both said that she has initiated my refund and also needed all my information to start the refund. I asked for clarification in an e-mail back to her that same day. I had to follow up with her 3 seperate times before she finally clarified what she needed in an e-mail on My 30th. Nearly a week after she said she would refund my money. I assumed the matter was resolved. But, I was wrong. It has now been 2 weeks after her clarification e-mail and I still have not recieved a refund despite 7 additional e-mails and 2 more complants through their website. I just want an answer, am I getting my money back like she said, or is subway losing my family and friends as a customer forever ? Just a response is all I want. FFS, it was a 25 dollar order, subway can afford to make things right with me. This is the most unprofessional person and company I have ever dealt with. She simply ignores customers. we are deleting the app and never eating subway again, it won't hurt them, but i see most reviews of this store are roughly ypthe same. Crap food, bad service angry employees.
Had the âpleasureâ of dealing with Sarah today. Awful service very cold attitude, she gave me Italian bread when I wanted the garlic herb and cheese. I didnât know there was difference between that and Italian I thought garlic herb and cheese was Italian bread. I understand the misunderstanding but when I asked if she could remake it she said no because itâs a âwaste of foodâ buuut she did offer to remake as long as I payed for the sandwich AGAIN. I paid with a giftcard and didnât have cash so I told her no as my gift card only had $2 on it. I know I shouldnât have paid for food that was wrongly made but from the moment I got in there Sarah was glaring and was very rude I couldnât really hear her as I need a hearing aid that that seemed to annoy her more. I deal with severe anxiety and felt pressured to pay and not make a scene. I asked if I could get a refund and that was denied as well. She didnât offer any coupons or vouchers for my troubles which I later found out is common courtesy from a former employee and friend. I honestly am very upset and as one person who was in customer service to another, sarah if you donât have thick enough skin for the job then quit. Customer will annoy you and make you mad but that attitude was beyond reason and shouldnât have been taken out on me

Ridiculous treatment for seeking a remedy. My family ordered a few sandwiches from the app including a Boss sub which had meatballs on it. I immediately received a phone call from the store telling us they had no meatballs. This sandwich was for my wife and all she wanted was the Boss sandwich and didn't want anything else. I asked them to simple cancel that sandwich and we would find something else for my wife to eat. Their response was that they couldn't cancel the sandwich! I then asked them to just cancel the entire order and we would figure something else out. That too was apparently not possible. I didn't understand and wanted to talk to someone in charge to just get my $$ back. No can do! I ended up submitting a complaint to corporate and was contacted by a district manager named Cassandra Freerks who offered to refund my money. Now it seemed like we were getting somewhere. She asked for all my information to process the refund, but in the next sentence told me she already initiated the refund. I was confused and asked her to clarify so we could get this issue resolved and she refuses to answer my question. It has now been a week with 3 e-mail follow ups and still have not heard back from her.I went from an inconvenienced customer to an irate former customer. Moral of the story, don't use the subway app, don't visit this subway and don't expect customer service from anyone in the company at all. I'm done with these fools and would rather pay a cheaper price for a better sandwich at Panera going forward. Even of the Panera is 3 miles further. This store and the franchisee 2000 foods inc. Is an unprofessional joke.

My family got to go Italian subs from this place. When I got home and bit into it. It was 1 thin sliced layer of meat between to thick sub rolls. I ate BREAD for dinner. This manager has NO shame. Needs a donkey kick to his head.

The kid that made my sandwich put no meat in the middle and when asked if he could spread it out tried to sell me another scoop. It already looked pitiful definitely the worst subway I have been too and not going back as they try to safe a buck at the customers
