Older gentleman and young girl working behind the counter on 5/22/25 at 6:30pm. They both were extremely rude. We were getting dinner for our family but seemed like we were inconveniencing them. There was no line behind us so it’s not like it was busy. I will avoid going to this location again for subway.

I recently visited a Subway location that completely raised the bar for what I expect from this chain. Rob was such a delight from the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, and the smell of freshly baked bread instantly made me hungry. What truly stood out was how fresh everything was—from the crisp lettuce to the perfectly sliced meats and cheeses. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They prepared my sandwich exactly how I asked, with just the right balance of sauces and toppings. The veggies looked like they had just been delivered that morning—no wilting, no browning, just bright, vibrant produce.

Better than south phx but trash with all things considered. Asked to try the footling chicken cheese dipper they heated it up but the cheese dip was ice cold. Anywhere else would've heated up they just refused. Claimed they never do that. Everywhere else has before. Idk if I'll be returning. To be honest all of The restaurant combos inside walmart suck. Do better guys.

The two girls working at this location should either get customer service training or find something that doesn’t involve dealing with people. It’s a sandwich not that hard. And yet they made the process extremely difficult and then tried to gaslight the situation that I was the problem for wanting my paid for sandwich my way. When I declined the meal deal apparently that was rude and disrespectful. If this is how you want to lose customers great way of achieving it. Yikes

I'm not one to complain but I was literally in line for almost 40 minutes. We waited to order.. then we ordered quite a bit of food, however they did not have white bread or broccoli cheddar soup (which was advertised right in the window in front of food) and you could tell right away both employees were annoyed with us. However, they both moved so slowly, the lady who was serving me was in a neck brace so I understand why she was slow but the guy w/ glasses didn't even help her whatsoever. The service was shitty & they both really seemed like they hated their job... Thankfully the sandwiches were decent in flavor. Next time I recommend scheduling someone faster and more willing to help their coworkers to work with someone who is slower 🫶

Completely lack of respect for people’s time. As a third party delivery we shouldn’t wait for all the the customers to be served, they should prioritize delivery ad we are more people that wait for this order, the delivery guy and the people’s waiting for it! Plis they put too many thing in the bag and the bag is broken now, so unprofessional, will avoid this location from now on!

I was thoroughly impressed by this Subway. I went at a very busy time and my sandwich was made to perfection quickly. Josie was so polite, quick, and made 1 of the best sandwiches I got from a subway franchise.

This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from a sandwich shop - stale, rock hard bread, and very little bacon on the blt. I now remember why it’s been probably 10 yrs since I’ve eaten here. Employee was not very pleasant at the end of transaction (probably because I did not tip).

While sitting down and being inside I witness one of the employees, he had tattoos all over. Screaming at one of the other associates who I believed worked for Walmart and not subway. But he was completely rude and unprofessional with her. No regard for anyone else inside, he was cussing and yelling at her, when she approached him respectfully and nicely. While the other associate let him stand there and scream at her. I’ll never come back to this location again.
I dealt with Josie. She is in fact one if the nicest young lady's I have had the please to encounter for a long time. She is a diamond! If I come back to this location inside walmart it will only be because of her. Most locations I visit the staff is generally not so nice and cordial. Having employees like Josie is a prime example of what America needs working for them on the front line. Josie, don't go changing. You are AWESOME! If I could give you more stars I would, a perfect '10'. Thank you.
